I called Hawaiian Airlines to change our seats because Hawaiian Airlines Had us all Sitting separately. Ross the representative was the most helpful. he arranged for our seating which was perfect going to Hawaii and returning from Hawaii I highly praise Ross for doing This. He was the most helpful representative that I've ever had to deal with. We love Hawaiian Airlines and hope to fly Back As soon as we can. Thank you Ross for doing such a great job.

Elena Young was wonderful in assisting me today. I have two stops and she checked with all airlines to make sure I would not have any struggles. She was also able to secure a wheelchair for my needs.

Denver was very patient and helpful. We unfortunately needed to cancel our flight due to the fact that our Wyndham Club timeshare canceled our trip to Hawaii. We were very upset. Nik Butler took my reservations. I had a credit from the previous year ...at least I thought. I preceded to apply the credit and provide the proof through email. Upon further discovery my credit expiration date was under scrutiny . After applying pressure to his supervisory authorities and understanding my plithe; Nik convinced his authorities to honor my credits so that I may take my daughter on her birthday trip. Kudos to Nik🥰

He booked a flight for me and my parents to go to Hawaii for a week and it was absolutely amazing then a month later I booked a flight to Mazatlan and it was absolutely perfect. Both my parents and I were highly pleased by his service. Max is honestly one of the best agents we have had so far to book a flight for us 10 out of 10 service and a very honest man!!!

After dealing with a highly disrespectful, unpleasant rep, then being hung up on, Max Wilson answered my second call and was of great help and was able to get my conundrum resolved. Not only did he have patience, he had compassion and an understanding that my situation was an inconvenience that was out of my control and didn't blame me for it as the previous representative did.
