I booked a trip for my family with Alex after my friend recommended Valalto. When I looked online the prices were super high. Charlotte to Rome in business class. They saved a few thousand per ticket, took my seating request and handled everything. We’re not leaving until May but I’m already planning my next trip with them! Highly recommend.

This company and apparently their employees are lying scam artists. I was involved in the fiasco with SW Airlines in December and in trying to get back on. They represented themselves as SW Airlines and charged me $175. for a return flight that was cancelled. SW Airlines stood behind all of the fees that I incurred (except with the scam artists) because of the problems and I will continue doing business with them. But I will let everyone know what a horrid experience it was dealing with Luna and Valvalto. Shame on you for your lies and deception.

Quick help for an alternate route

Mr Cooper is the consummate professional. During a time of extreme personal crisis, where I needed to change my flight to be with my family when my daughter had bleeding on the brain and time was critical, he not only went above and beyond in assisting the flight change, but provided a compassionate voice and human empathy that lifted my spirit on possibly the worse day of my life.

Ross, is a credit to your organization and is the type of person a service related business would do well by him moving to a leadership position. As a Senior Program Manager, identifying individuals with desirable skills is what I do. I have no doubt, Mr. Cooper has such skills; having personally experienced him remaining compassionate, calm, empathetic, and professional within a very dynamic and time sensitive activity.
