Noah has been absolutely wonderful. This was the first time for me booking for my son alone (youth ticket) and he made it very easy. He was efficient, thorough, double checked the questions I have for the accurate answers. I am grateful for him.
Moreover, I had to change my son’s flight date on a later day. He called me back within minutes which was really mind blowing for me. I just wish I get to talk to Noah for any future flights concerns.

My experience with your company was everything a person could want when trying to organize your flights!! The reason for the fabulous service would be because Luna Taylor is the person who helped me organize my flight info! Luna knew everything about getting flights organized, how to get upgraded using the miles on my credit card, and literally every single question I had!! Luna was also extremely patient and so very pleasant to talk to!, I would totally recommend using Luna if you need help with getting your flights! I know I will be calling her whenever I travel! How can this company pretend to be working for a flight agency when they have nothing to do with any major air lines? I was told by they agent that they worked for Delta come to find out they have nothing to do with Delta Airlines. When I went to Delta to transfer said tickets to Delta and the actual ticket purchased through Valalto was half of what I payed. How it it legal to falsify what company you work for? TOTAL SCAM!

Not only is very polite but also knows how to do things, gives you options, solved the issue very quickly, and above all he was extremely patient with me. On top of everything his English is PERFECT!!! No problem understanding him (I have an accent and it is difficult for me to understand others people's accents). Thank you for having such a great agent!!

Perry help me in getting to Africa Tanzania diaspora.. my only complaint is I could not understand my agent, and it seemed when I would ask him to repeat himself due to language barrier; he was a little short with me. Other than that we got the job done so for that I'm thankful... Just a little bit more patience Perry, it's your job to make sure people understand what's being communicated. Overall, experience wasn't bad..
