Kevin was at first unable to help with a flight being rescheduled. However he then called me back and had a solution to my request. He was able to rebook my flight and also credited my account for the remaining amount. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting travel plans. He convinced me to continue using Southwest Airlines after I was extremely disappointed I did not make it to family for Christmas. Kevin was very considerate and helpful. Thanks Cecelia

Kevin was awesome. First, the air fare was a great value. Second, we have a service dog and traveled to Canada. We hit a wall with the airline and Kevin and his team not only got it right but he renewed our ticket which was cancelled. Through this, we built a great bond because he did what he said!

Elana Young did everything a customer service agent could do to help me. She was absolutely FANTASTIC. It’s hard to find good customer service these days. But Elana nailed it. WTG Elana.

Garry made my experience great. He was helping me find a good fare on Porter airlines. He checked multiple airports to get the best fare. He called me back with additional information. He was patient, kind and compassionate.

He is a treasure and a model employee.

Chris Cunningham was patient, efficient and diligent in coordinating alternative flight arrangements after our initial Southwest flight was canceled. He was also incredibly helpful in securing our TSA approvals and Hawaiian Air Frequent flier enrollments. Thanks for helping to save our famiky vacation!

He helped me stay calm in a situation that to me was completely confusing. As a senior person who hasn’t flown in 20years, purchasing on line is trying. I can’t thank him enough. Ms. Rose Smith was patient and very helpful in making sure that we got a flight reservation with American Airlines after our only way back home was cancelled!!! Even though my husband will miss two days of unscheduled leave from work, We are so grateful to have a flight home soon! Grace was amazing trying to get my son home after flight was canceled. She went the extra mile trying to get him a flight on the same day.
