Luna was the agent who assisted me and she not only answered the phone quickly, but was great to work with. She patiently checked different options available to fly SW from LAX and other airports...and provided pricing and options available with other dates and airlines. I work with wheelchair passengers at Tucson Intl Airport and we get points for positive comments that eventually equate to paid days off. Please insure that Luna gets all the "Brownie Points"that she most certainly deserves.

Good experience for credit

Ross was so helpful to get me and my mom find a flight back home after a couple of canceled flights going to Vancouver. He went out of his way, calling me to make sure I got his emails, everything was ok, ext. if wish more people went out of their way to help others the way Ross did!

What made my experience great was Max Wilson. He answered the phone promptly, was very courteous, polite and professional. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. Now if the airlines can get their act together, we will be all set. I say this because our flight was cancelled twice.

Perry was so incredibly helpful in searching all possibilities with getting my sister and her husband home for Christmas. Due to weather so many flights were canceled including theirs and Perry worked hard to air us here was searching all options to make this happen. I do appreciate his excellent customer service!

Dear Sonia Wilson , my utter most appreciation to you, and the diligent time, effort, compassion, and kindness, you put into helping me tonight, to get my son’s ticket change to a safer, later date to travel. Due to the horrendous storm, and very unsafe roads, I was incredibly nervous and scared to put my son on a plane, let alone drive 1.5 hours to the airport. Sonia was even so caring, that she help calm my fears, and reassured that she was going to help me, and told me “it is ok ma’am, I am going to help you” she worked very hard, and spent much hard work and much time to correct this situation, and help me feel safe, and very, very well taken care of. She did everything to make me feel safe, and assured immediately. She sent me her phone number right away, and her texting information. Every time she had to work on something and I was on hold, she constantly reassured she would be back, and if incase we were disconnected, not to worry as she had my phone number, and she would call me back, as could I to her if needed. The sheer fact alone to actually be able to talk to a human being, is such a rare and grateful gift these days, and really makes dealing with such delicate issues, a lot more reassuring and comforting. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was kind and patient with me. I recently lost my husband of 47 years. He took his time and even gave me his phone number and email.

We had tickets for a Southwestern flight Christmas Eve morning. When we arrived at the airport we were notified that our flight had been cancelled. We were given the only available flight which was the day after Christmas late at night. This would cut our trip down to one day, which would be after Christmas alltogether! When we spoke to Scott, he found us several much better flights. He never got impatient with us and continued to help us. He was really amazing! We will now be able to arrive on Christmas and spend several days with our daughter and her family. It seemed like a miracle to us.

Sonia was very fast and accurate, a lot of patience answered all my questions, took a whole lot of stress of me because I’ve never purchased tickets she was awesome!!

Max helped my family of nine rebook our flight home after our Hawaiian Airlines flight was canceled due to inclement weather at PDX. He was patient and spent the necessary time to find the best route for our family. Six adults and 3 children. One child under two.

Luna, helped me in a very difficult situation. She has the best customer service and is a super nice person. It’s very rare to experience such a cordial person in todays world.

Was so devastated this morning when un irresponsible airline left my daughter straded at the airport, but that changed after a few hours trying figure out what to do and came across this agency, I was privileged to talk to un agent Luna Taylor who was really touched by what my daughter went through and helped me to get a ticket from a different airline and also promised to follow up on what really happened on this day,am currently in the USA and a frequent traveler,we need such poeple in this industry,
