Loving all my pieces from Valam Design. Wonderful people who will work with you to make sure everything is perfect, not to mention very patient and kind. Was having a bad day and sorry to say I was not at my best but they were understanding and professional and took care of me which I truly appreciate and won’t ever forget.

Valam Designs provided excellent customer service when I was bought my first pair of diamond studs. I encourage customers to use their WhatsApp feature to directly communicate with the Valam team for questions, updates, or modifications. The team provided specs of the stones before the earrings were made for my approval. Overall very happy with the experience & will be returning for more pieces in the future!
I would not give any star if it will let me! This company is a total SCAM! The email/means of communication on theor website are all unreachable and unreaponsive! I have purchase a pair of earrings that i want to return due to very poor quality on the metal; tried reaching out to Valam for request of refund but it was impossible to even send them an email pn the address they have provided on their website! I ended up throwing my hard earned 588$ for a product that is beyond disappointment! Don't even try to purchase anything from this company if you don't want to waste your money,effort and time!
