Written by the company

Valco is a Finnish headphone and audio company. We make noise cancelling headphones, wireless earbuds, and Bluetooth speakers that are designed to be repaired, not replaced. In an industry where most products are built to last exactly until the warranty expires, we offer a repair service that works even after warranty. If your headphones break, we fix them. If you sit on them drunk, we fix them. If your dog chews the headband, we fix them. Our product range includes the VMK25.2 wireless ANC headphones with interchangeable magnetic covers, the VMK15 noise cancelling earbuds, NL25 wireless earbuds, and Nordell Bluetooth speakers. All our headphones use Qualcomm top of the line chipsets and audio tuning is done by famous sound engineer Jasse Kesti, who uses high-end reference headphones as his benchmark rather than whatever the competition is doing. The result is studio-level sound quality at a price that does not require you to sell a kidney. Our company name comes from a spectacularly failed government-funded TV tube factory from the 1970s that burned through a billion Finnish marks of taxpayer money before collapsing. We kept the name as a reminder of what happens when politicians try to run a business. We are a small indie company making headphones, speakers, and funding a Death Star one purchase at a time. Unlike large corporations, our CEO actually answers emails and has been known to go out for a beer with customers. Free shipping on all orders. 30-day returns. Repair service available throughout the product lifecycle. Every purchase funds 0.000001% of our Death Star. Thank you for your service.

Great Headphone

Had to buy a second set already as my son convinced me he needs one as well. I like the sound very much. Long battery life is another plus. And the integrated mic works very well, too. This, combined with fast shipment and a sympathic attitude of the makers made this an overall pleasant purchase.

After 30 months of usage the ear…

After 30 months of usage the ear cushions of my VMK20 both ripped open, just by themselves, and I had to replace them with 2 new ones. The order from Finland arrived quickly.
The cushions were a bit squished though and the packaging was too weak and not really sufficient or stable enough, in my opinion. Just a thin cardboard envelope. I understand the lack of packaging material is good for the environment. I totally agree on that. A little more protection would be needed though…
Long story short. The cushions work fine and the headphones look new again.
Thanks from Germany!

Great Service, nice Company

I ordered the Valco pads to replace the old cushions on my VMK20 headphones. They arrived quickly and were easy to install. They fit perfectly and made my headphones look like new. The material is soft and comfortable, and the noise cancelling is improved. The sound is still amazing, with a lot of clarity and bass. I feel like I’m listening to music on the USS Enterprise, with Captain Kirk and Spock as my companions. Valco pads are a great way to extend the life of your headphones and enjoy them for many more years. They are worth every penny and I highly recommend them to anyone who owns Valco headphones.
