The price is good
The price is good. The delivery was next day. I had free post and packing with a code. I haven't unwrapped the clay yet but it looks good. There was also a very good choice.

Very good service
It was easy to order, simple to pay and the clay arrived quickly. I had to make an enquiry though as I didn’t get an order acknowledgement which would have been helpful. But the clay is superb.

Don’t trust the ‘your order is ready’ emails!
Called the office on receipt of my ‘your order is ready for collection’ email to confirm my order was ready, before I drove almost an hour to collect. I’d only ordered some clay samples as I’ve been having issues with my last lot of CWE and some slip to test. Arrived to find the free clay samples ready for me, but the actual slip I’d ordered wasn’t in stock. Fair play, the lady in the office did say they would ship it for free when it comes back into stock, but a couple of hours of my life I’ll never get back! A bit disappointing that the office staff tried to brush it off as a computer glitch, but I had called and interacted with a human to confirm my order as this isn’t the first time I’ve travelled there for my order to be incomplete. There you go - I was willing to let it go, but this is the third request to review my order on trustpilot, so obviously the computers are taking over from the humans!
