i received my order but tried to contact you to return it but you did not answer me ...the thing i bought is not write for me and there is no remote with ...as i am a pensioner it very complicated for me so please i want to return it

I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering from this company, if I had I would never have dealt with them. Everything they say and sell is a huge scam. My Advice, don't ever buy anything from them. I ordered a blood sugar meter and got a cheap and nasty oximeter. Certainly not £25 worth. Tried to get a refund but have never had a response from them, only rejected emails. Be wise and do not buy from them. 😡🤬

From my experience this company is a complete scam. Do NOT purchase anything from them.

This shop is a fraud front, You might as well just walk to the town centre an throw your money in the lake,I read the above reviews.. It could have been my experience just repeated, What a RIP OFF COMPANY. No reply to 9 e.mails. The attitude of this company is... We've got your money..PISS OFF.

Have continually tried to request my correct order item from them but only receive sporadic emails, requesting more info, some of which I have already given. Most of my emails to them seem to be ignored or "returned as undeliverable" possibly due to full mailbox?
I am giving up any hope of seeing my order or recovering the cost of it

I ordered 2 RoamiFi’s and received 2 x WiFi repeaters.
No email replies yet they keep sending emails with discounts so you purchase more.
Nor did I receive the free gift. Do not buy from them

Absolutely disgusting. Placed order and after waiting for two weeks , arrived and was not what I ordered. Hard , cheap plastic and in a battered box. Fit for bin and coat £25.
E- mailed twice to complain and requested money back but no reply Avoid at all cost .Technically fraud or scam.Take money for nothing. Trying to report to trading standards

Only given one star as there wasn’t an option for NO stars. Ordered a chromecast. Waited over a month for it to arrive. When it eventually did it was broken. Again like others I was offered a small refund and keep the broken chromecast. I Refused this and after several more emails which were rarely answered I threatened to go to trading standards. This worked. But the real cheek was as I was sending emails and they weren’t answering them I was bombarded with emails from them trying to get me to buy other products off them………
AVOID unless you just want to throw your money away and recieve crap goods

Sent incorrect item and try to complain they have no phone or email contacts that work. Clever SCAMMERS

Avoid this scam company. Paid £21.95 for a Diabcheck finger monitor and got the cheapest of cheap oximeter instead. Complained and asked to send photo of what I received. Photo sent. No more response. Do not give this crooked outfit a penny

The product I paid for was not what I received. Absolutely scammed to the highest level. This company should be investigated and stopped but that is not going to happened. Please don’t buy anything from this company. There are scammers

Ordered a glucose monitor. Poor quality and tried to return. They are not interested. Lots of similar reviews.
Will be reporting to trading standards.

If I could I would not even give them a star !!
after waiting for over a month to receive my RoamIF units, I end up getting 2 wireless repeaters that do nothing for my planned travel around europe. I have tried their phone and is has a ring tone like i would get when i call certain european countries with no answer. I also have emailed them 4 times and still no reply. They are now using shopify to sell their goods. I spent a fair sum of funds to get these items. I would like to meet them in person, but that would not solve this problem. Please DO NOT buy anything from this company.

Received my order, Chromecast TV Steaming , it won’t connect to my internet. Contacted the company right away, there answer was,
2 options
Keep EZStream and receive 10% partial refund
Or Return EZSteam at my expense and receive 100% refund.
Surely if the goods don’t work this company should send returns label and refund the money……..

Ordered what I saw advertised and a cheaper substitute product was sent after a very lengthy delivery time.
Unfortunately I did not research customer reviews on the company and I doubt that I will have any customer satisfaction

I wish I could have rated SP Valentique Shop ZERO. Complete scam. Didn’t get what I ordered. Tracking done so it didn’t show on my records. I was going to decline package BUT I wasn’t expecting it for a few days!

Do not use this on-line shop. The item I purchased for an insta ad was not what I received. An cheap plastic replica item received. Very poor

Complete con. Nothing but complaints on FB about goods not received or wrong goods sent. I got my money back from Pay Pal with no problems. If I were Pay Pal I would have nothing to do with them.
