Like several others I ordered the DiabeCheck blood monitor only to receive a Pulse oximeter, which is a cheap piece of plastic. No use to me. I have emailed several times and it's an undelivered addressed. The phone cuts off every time I call. I also have been scammed.

Ordered an item was something completely different that was received and of rubbish quality, tried emailing but just kept bouncing back, no way of contacting them. I would avoid this company.

Terrible quality, nothing like advertised. Grossly overpriced.
Be warned! I wish id looked on here before pressing "buy" lol.
They say they have a returns policy but it is nonsense and impossible to return items.

Exactly the same experience. I did not receive a blood sugar monitor, but got a cheap oxometer and pulse. Has anyone else had a refund?

Don't even want to give 1 star they are advertising on Facebook as a legitimate company and they are not so they need to be held accountable as they are scammers and taken people's money I've made purse and got something totally different, tried to contact them to return item fir refund but had 3 reply emails returned from post master general as company not recognised, something needs to be done about this as its fraud ? so now iam out of pocket and it's about time selling and advertising on Facebook should be stopped, when Facebook first started it was just for normal communication among friends and family now it's just a scammers paradise. It needs sorting out this Valatine company does not exist even the Shop app which they are hiding behind is suspicious to its disgusting taken people's money like this.

Do not trust this Valentique Shop nothing but crooks. Ordered a devise charge £25 to read my blood sugar without pricking finger after long delay a cheap PULSE OXIMETER was delivered does not read blood sugar. Usual cost about £5. Later saw a different advert with a Union Flag on it saying prompt delivery giving impression British Company Cost £25. On paying horrified to see payment was to Valentique Shop. Same result long delay cheap PULSE OXIMETER delivered. Please be aware this a COMPLETE CON

Total scam supposed streaming adaptor to get a wide variety of streams ene up getting a chromecast already got 2 of these. 😬😤 totally different than what was in original post.

Ordered a WiFi 5 g receiver was £25 but we received a plug in wireless n WiFi receiver not what ordered no return address , tried telephone number put phone down on me tried emailing them 3 times no response. Just a SCAMMERS don’t ever buy from them

What I got from China was a pulse oximeter which only measured my heart beat and oxygen level. Something I did not need or want. Need a magnifying glass to read instructions but NOT what I ordered and paid £25 for. I sent several emails to this company which got absolutely no response from them. The pulse oximeter I received went into the bin. I got badly caught by scammers

Completely different product sent. Allbeit a very poor quality item. No answer to my email request for refund. No answer to the UK phone number provided. I suggest you avoid this Vladar Group / Valentique Shop and Kerilimox Ltd who took my payment.

CON ARTISTS!!!! They don't deserve even one star!!!!! Should have read their reviews first!!!! Ordered blood sugar meter, received oximeter!!!! Completely wrong thing!! Trying to contact anyone is impossible!!! CON ARTISTS!!!!

Zero stars if possible! SCAM SCAM company received totally different products than ordered to the value of maybe 50p each. The products I ordered were £30!! No email add, no phone number in use. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

The item didn’t match the description or pictures at all. Feels very deceptive. Hoping the refund process is sorted soon

I ordered a RoamiFi and the product delivered was a wireless WiFi repeater. Impossible to contact them as they don't answer the phone and the emails are returned by my provider...
Avoid them. THEY WILL NOT NOT GE BACK TO YOU.

This company are scammers,they sent an absolute useless piece of shit that i did not order and now will not respond to emails,i have notified paypal and im waiting for my refund,DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Im writting this on behalf of my mother she ordered a blood sugar monitor but was sent a plus oxi meter when i looked on line u could get them much cheeper elsewhere when trying to e mail them the message keep comming back as not sent this company is a rip of company big time and myself and my mum will never order from here again and we will make sure all our friends and family dont order from here either

Not even worth the one star!! A total scam of a company. The items they show for sale are nothing like what you receive. You try to contact them to complain and get no replies. I honestly don't know how they're allowed to trade. I'm going to report them to trading standards, for all the good that does these days. Perhaps if everyone who's been scammed did the same, some action may be taken. Avoid at all costs, unless you like being scammed.
