The poor chap arrived with a manual…
The poor chap arrived with a manual pallet lift gizmo which didn't work well at all, to move 3 ton bags. Couldn't go where I wanted - not on gravel, not on grass. Took him ages to put them wherever he could, trying not to block the lane. Frankly you should invest in a truck and crane! As for the compost, manure and top soil. It's fab. Thanks.

Delivery cock up
Soil was fine, delivery took a long time and the driver failed to follow clear request on where to deliver. Caused a big problem but hoping he or someone is going to come today to move the 850 litre bag.

Delivery arrived on day stated, excellent product, but I’d stated where on the drive I wanted the delivery dropped, but I was dropped on the other side, slightly inconvenient but not the end of the world. Would certainly order from the company again.

Ordered a builders bag of topsoil. If came 2 days early and early enough on the day so I could decant it all to the garden. Couldn't fault the delivery driver either. Topsoil looks good quality but only time will tell.

Good quality product.
Topsoil appears to be good quality. It’s now in raised beds so resulting vegetables will provide the evidence.
I’d have given 5 stars, but the delivery proved a nightmare due to my advice to use a small vehicle being totally ignored 😢
