I spent over £40 but free delivery is…
I spent over £40 but free delivery is only in the local area which I didn’t realise despite contacting the company as I couldn’t import the free delivery code. (I now see why this was) how we I was advised it would be posted out free of charge instead the order was cancelled.

I am sorry there was a misunderstanding about the free delivery in the BB7 postcode area, local to the Valley Living shop, to help people during the Covid19 pandemic.
At Valley Living we always provide a free 'standard' postage option for UK orders over £25 (under 2kg) but I was sorry you had misunderstood about the BB7 area, so have now changed the wording on the website to prevent any further misunderstandings. Many thanks for your feedback.

Audrey and Kelsey have gone to extra mile. To deliver lanterns to my place of work. Arrange faux flowers to love real and make my house smell beautiful with their range of amazing diffusers.
