When I contacted Stephen in a rush to get my carpets fumigated and he was so incredibly accommodating and helpful. Long story short, my landlord was requiring fumigation for the carpets that my property didn’t need, but it was written in my lease agreement that I would have a fumigation done upon move out.
He fulfilled the requirement while also being mindful that a fumigation wasn’t necessary and communicated all the chemicals he would be using and gave clear instructions for how to approach the property after the fumigation. His price was very reasonable as his competitors quoted me triple the price for the same type of fumigation. He knows and respects the military community and used his expertise to get the job done. I would use his services again and would recommend him to anyone in the Tribase area.

Very prompt service. Steve was very helpful, reassuring and friendly. Responded to all our messages straight away and gave very good advice. And rats are gone!

when we first contacted steve we where so stressed and beside ourselves as we were all of a sudden over run with rats. he immediately put us at ease and came round straight away. the service we received was second to none. he was professional, warm and friendly and really took his time to talk us through all the options. he came on weekly visits to check traps and dispose of anything caught. the problem was literally taken out of our hands and we had nothing to worry about. since our treatment with steve our rat problem has cleared up and been resolved

Everything was carried out making sure that the premises were rodent free. From the outside into the house, all corners were covered with traps and bait. All procedures were explained prior to the work which was carried out methodically by a very good technician. I would highly recommend Valourservices for any problems with vermin in or around your home.

I would strongly recommend Valour Services to anyone. Steve did a top notch job for me. I opted in for a four week trapping programme and I was thoroughly pleased with the results. Steve is professional, efficient, and most importantly - caring. Incredible work and top quality customer service too. He was always just a phone call away and I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of care and effort he put into the job.

I had a issue in my attic, Valour services was recommended to me. The engineer turned up was smartly dressed very knowledgeable and dealt with the problem in a fast and friendly manner.

I recently employed the services of Valour as my studio had some uninvited guests 🐭 Steve was so quick to respond to my booking and visit. A total professional from the outset, with social distance rules being adhered to. Discrete and sympathetic service ensuring we understood the cause, fault and remedy.
