Website was easy to navigate, easy to find to right product I was after, measurements were spot on to what they said and what I wanted. Nice product, easy install, as supplied with all bits. On order confirmation, said delivery 3-5 days, I was shocked when it arrived next day, installed within hours of it being delivered

Poor service
Ordered a set of wind deflectors for my T6.1 online
On the website it stated that delivery costs would be calculated at checkout
So continued with my ordered and proceeded to checkout
Happy days I thought as the delivery cost came back as no charge
So I placed the order and was looking forward to my new set of wind deflectors in 3-5 days
Then 2 days after I placed the order I received an email stating there would be a delivery surcharge cost of £25 due to my location
So I made contact with VanX and stated I wanted to cancel my order and could they refund me my money the same day
“So we can’t refund the money today “ I was informed it may take a few days
You can take the money straight away but can’t give it back straightaway
I will not deal with this company again
Poor service poor attitude by Van X member of staff you know who you are
