I made transfer through vance

I made transfer through vance. The transfer was sent to the same recipient I regularly send funds to, but it has now been over 24 hours, and the recipient has not received the funds.

I have been waiting for almost 3 hours on your chat support platform, but no representative has reached out to assist me. no response on emails as well I am worried now.

Transfer still in process, after 4 days, no offices in UAE, no phones

I did a transfer, its now 4th day, no info at all, there is a WhatsApp contact and chat bots, none responds,

No customer support at all, I believe they know what they doing, thats why they dont have any office in UAE, not even shed where customer can check physically when the customer care chat bot/team (both same) dont do their job very well;
@HR_Vance please give your whole staff proper JD's

Its definitely not safe to deal with someone who dont respond,

Vance is working from Bangalore, India office with zero physical establishment in UAE,

@Vance If you are excusing about croud, it means you are receiving that much complaints.

Really unexpected

It was all well until i made a transaction on 28-2-2025 from UAE to India. The amount is still not credited to my Indian account. Now the UAE time is 4-3-2025,11:17 am. The worst thing is their customer support. Since 4 days i am trying out for help in their in app customer support, through their email, still not even a single response from their side except automated messages. I am using vance for 2 months or more. This is the worst experience ever.

Fund not yet credited and no response from VANCE Team

Hello,
I have transferred the money to India couple of times ago, but no issue and it's credited to within hour.

Yesterday I have transferred the money again due to emergency, despite my previous successful transactions, this transfer has been stuck, causing significant inconvenience and stress due to the emergency nature of the situation.
I have already sent several emails and attempted to reach out via chat support, but I have not received any response. Also, I have contacted Mr. Prakash directly, but unfortunately, there has been no reply.

This App is not suitable for emergency fund transfer. so, guys think twice before sending money if any emergency.

hope VANCE Team will resolve the issue ASAP.

Extremely Disappointing & Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs

I had an extremely frustrating and nerve-wracking experience with Vance that has completely shattered my trust in their service. On February 24th, I initiated a transfer of a substantial amount through their app—something I had done before without issues. However, this time, the transfer got stuck for days with no updates.

After waiting, I was suddenly asked to provide additional information that had already been submitted for similar past transactions. Despite explaining the urgency of the situation, I had to arrange an alternative transfer through another exchange, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

To make things worse, Vance’s customer support was completely unreliable. Initially, they denied my refund request, only to later agree to it—but even after four days, I have received no refund and zero updates. Trying to get in touch with their support team is a nightmare, and their lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially for a financial service handling large amounts of money.

For a platform associated with Lulu Exchange, this is shocking and completely unprofessional. If I do not receive my refund soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Central Bank of UAE and seek legal action.

I strongly advise against using Vance for any money transfers—your funds could get stuck, and their support is unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid at all costs!

Worst service, delay in transferring the funds

Dear viewers,
I have used vance app twice for transfering funds to india, on both the occasions funds were transferee after2 to 3 days and the worst part is the support team not responding to our query, email or app and they use AI tools for answering customers question, atleast management should trained the. On how to use those tools, for any or every queation they have only one reply we have escalated your query our team is working on it to resolve, its a ioke.
Guys i got attracted due to the good exchange rate but the catch is they will delay your funds and rotate your money.
Look for other better options.
I am happy to share the receipts and other details if management is really interested in improving their system.

Not helpful for emergency need

Worssssttttt money transfer app..
Please don't send money thru this app. They will use your money for rotation. You can't reach customer service at all.. No one will respond to ur chat and emails.

Your money will not be guaranteed.
I made my transfer on 27Feb25 9.30AM GMT, and they credited me in my India account after 4 days.

Think twice before u send your valuable money thru this junk app.
