Delivery disappointment
Ordering was easy, the flowers were beautiful but the delivery was very disappointing. I don’t see the point in requesting a delivery time because you know the recipient will be out when they are delivered at the convenience of the van driver. It spoils the surprise of receiving flowers at the door. Might as well deliver them yourself and save £6
