Appalling company, as landowners they are happy to see customers being exploited by private car parking companies, and will not help

I have recently used Vangard Storage in Swinton, Manchester and the staff were always very helpful, and the staff, the site and my storage unit was clean and tidy.

Really nice facilities. Spotlessly clean. Was shown various size boxes by the branch manager who was lovely (and very funny). Costs and terms were explained really well. Small van removal is included in price which is brilliant. All the staff were lovely, we could have stayed chatting all morning with the lovely cup of coffee offered. Would highly recommend.

I visited Vanguard Bristol yesterday to make initial enquiries. I was greeted warming by both Paul and Lee. They were very welcoming. I was given a tour of the storage facilities and a nice cup of coffee! They listened patiently while I explained my circumstances and then they took time to discuss all the different prices options. There was no hard sell which I appreciated and all my questions were answered honestly.

Booked my storage space today in Bristol and couldn’t have asked for better service. Extremely polite, inviting and respectful of us. Gave in depth info and peace of mind. Also the building itself is very impressive and immaculately clean. Not received service like that from anyone or any company before. Highly recommended on all counts.

We've had a great experience with the Vanguard storage in Bristol, and have actually enjoyed sorting our things out! Everything is really well set up and clean, the place seems totally secure, parking for unloading in front of the doors, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I recommend!

I've used a lot of storage and warehouse companies over the years.

So far the experience with Vanguard appears totally different. The facilities are very 'premium', and lack the cold and damp issues that can blight other more budget units in winter.

The security system, bathroom facilities etc. are well maintained.

Staff are friendly and unpushy, and even in the underground facilities, provide access to wifi.

I fully recommend Vanguard and specifically the Manchester branch for any storage requirements. They are so professional and can’t do enough to help. Apart from reasonable prices they also offer a free pick up service for items going into storage. The level of customer service is fantastic from beginning to end.

Vanguard Soho is very convenient for me and I find everyone very helpful. It's very clean and organised and the lift gives easy access to the units. Can thoroughly recommend it.

I had my stuff in their storage for nearly a year. I can't think of anything that didn't go less than great here - friendly staff, reasonably priced, good quality storage conditions, timely invoicing and easy clearance.
