The day was absolutely perfect, the food was quite simply superb! When we put together our food for the day we wanted to ensure our guests had a great meal but also didn’t go hungry and both boxes were certainly ticked. We had so many amazing comments on the food and for that we are so grateful!

The service was excellent, the staff ensured that my wife & I didn’t miss out on any of the canapés or cake while we were having photos taken at separate times throughout the day/night.

We have nothing but the highest regard for you and your team at Vanilla and will highly recommend you to any of our friends for future events.

VanillainAllSeasons are amazing. They fed and guided us through our wedding day.
The food was delicious and plentiful. We and our guests thought it was the best wedding food they had ever had. (Two of them are chefs!)
We are really thankful for the way they steered us through the day with the softest touch. Gently moving us through each stage so the day flowed seamlessly. They removed any need for the two of us to have to think about what was happening when. It enabled us to just relax and enjoy what was the happiest day of our lives.

From the moment of our first meeting for our wedding, we were blown away with Vanilla in All Seasons. The time and detail that went into the planning, from asking us our preferences, really getting to know us as a couple and then giving their expertise made the planning process 100 times easier. One of our biggest considerations for the wedding was the food - ensuring people had enough, that all the dietary requirements were met (and that they didn't feel like 2nd best options), and we couldn't have been happier. When I say that every one of our guests commented on how good the food was, I am not exaggerating. We've had comments saying it was "the best wedding food they've ever had". I have to thank Vanilla for their outstanding customer service, we had to rearrange our wedding and they were so understanding and considerate, kept in touch with us often, which really helped lift the burden. When we did the tasting, it was probably the highlight of the wedding planning - my husband was nearly brought to tears when he tasted how good the food was!! My sister and mum have very specific dietary requirements and we working with Devon & the head chef to get a great alternative menu for them, which I am beyond grateful for, and it really made them feel special on the day. On the set up and on the day itself, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, again all our guests commented on how great they staff were. Adam & the team, I wish we could get married again just so we could work with you again. Thank you for making our day perfect!

Vanilla in All Seasons catered our wedding at Heaton House Farm in May 2022. From our first contact with Adam, taking the time to discuss our personal food preferences (using some very well-honed thinking aids) got us very excited about our wedding food. The free tasting experience was outstanding, and the time Adam took to discuss our thoughts and build our menu was incredibly helpful and made us feel special. Not to mention, the food was probably the best we had ever tasted.

In the run-up to the event, and through multiple COVID rearrangements, Adam and the team were amenable, helpful and understanding, making this aspect of the Covid-wedding-stress a complete breeze.

Similarly, with last minute guest dropouts and table plan rearrangements/meal re-allocations, nothing was too much trouble for them.

On the day, multiple guests told us it was absolutely fantastic food, and of course we agree! Chip butties for evening food was also an absolute winner!

10/10 for Vanilla in All Seasons. Thank you very much!

Had the best experience with these guys on our wedding day. The food was phenomenal and it’s all everyone was talking about. Not your regular wedding food having the BBQ option but it was so good. Huge portions and the quality was out of this world. Adam and all the team at Vanilla gave exceptional derive from start to finish. Wish you got married more than once to have this again 🤣

Honestly I don’t even know where to start!!

We both just wanted to say the biggest thank you ever to you and your team for making our wedding on Thursday the most epic day!! The amount of compliments on the food was just unreal - the canapés, the bbq, the dessert it was all just AMAZING!! So many people said it’s the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! I’m so glad we chose the relaxed bbq vibe, it just worked so well for us.
A special thank you to Julie and Emily who on the day were just outstanding!
And to you both for all the lead up to the wedding - Ange you are the best!!

Thank you to all the staff at Vanilla for providing the most amazing food and service on our Wedding Day!
We cannot recommend everyone at Vanilla enough to cater for your wedding, not a moment went by where we had to worry about anything. Everyone was so professional, friendly and supportive whether it be about the catering of the wedding or something totally unrelated! They are much more than wedding caterers!
The support and communication we have received has been second to none especially having been given different staff members coordinating our day due to COVID and staff leaving the company. The staff on the day itself were truly amazing and are an absolute credit to you, they made sure that all our guests were well looked after and did a great job of coordinating the day with the venue ensuring everything ran as smoothly as possible not to mention encouraging our 11 year old groomsman to introduce us for our Wedding Breakfast!! We did not need to worry about a single thing! A special thanks to Ange for being our main point of contact in the weeks leading up to the wedding and for making sure our whole day ran as smoothly as possible despite some hiccups along the way, nothing was ever too much trouble!
We don’t think we could put into words how good the food was. Each of our guests have continually commented on how fabulous it was and how it “just kept coming” stating that they have never been to a wedding where they had been fed so much!

We had Vanilla cater for our wedding and I am extremely glad we did. From start to end we dealt with the amazing staff and enjoyed every minute! We began with Sue when we made our first initial enquiries, she was extremely helpful and was never pushy for us to pick them to cater for us. The taster session we had to pick the food was unbelievable, never had a better meal. Closer to the wedding Max got in touch with us to confirm last details and he was amazing and very calming in the stressful weeks leading up to the wedding.
On the day things couldn’t have run any smoother between Vanilla and the venue we never had to think about anything and everybody was amazed by the food. Adam who was running everything was so organised and polite! We’ve had compliments from guests since the wedding all saying the food was incredible and they want to eat it all again! No one went hungry which was also a good thing!

Would highly recommend anyone that Vanilla, the staff are professional and kind and the chefs are amazing as the food is that good!

We had Vanilla in Allseasons as our caterers for our wedding in January and I couldn’t recommend highly enough! They were amazing from start to finish. The team were all so helpful in the run up in helping us devise our perfect winter wedding menu. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Adam was always so easy to communicate with and really flexible in making endless last minute adjustments, as you can imagine with arranging a wedding in covid times.
On the day itself the food was simply perfect – I lost count of the amount of guests that told me it was the best wedding food they had ever had!! The service the whole team provided on the day was so efficient and professional, yet with such a warm, friendly touch. They also did a great job of coordinating the day with the venue and making everything run so smoothly so we didn’t have to think about a thing. We can’t thank you enough for your huge contribution in making our big day so perfect.

Adam and his team catered for our Christmas Party and the food was amazing, not only was the food amazing but the whole experience of dealing with these guys was first class.
Adam was really great at working with us on what we wanted and him and the team played a huge part in making the event such a success - thank you.

We had Vanilla in Allseasons cater for our Wedding on Sunday 28th November 2021 and can't recommend them enough. Not a moment went by where we had to worry about a single thing, they were beyond professional, approachable, kind, funny and supportive throughout our Wedding build-up, during our postponement and rescheduling to our new Date. I don't even know where to start with the compliments for the food.... everyone was absolutely raving over every single dish! I didn't speak a word to anyone during the courses as I was enjoying every mouthful. They absolutely smashed it and we are so grateful to the Team for ensuring that our guests were happy and well fed.

The support, patience and kindness during this wedding build up has been 5* - we are so thankful to everyone and can definitely say our Wedding was very much worth the wait. I want to do it all over again already and will miss your food so much! I will forever dream about the Apple Crumble. The tasting evening for couples is also a wonderful evening where you can have a good talk with the Team and sample some menu options along with some really good wine.

A little extra mention for Max who was absolutely fantastic, he had everything in order, made me feel so calm and was just a pleasure to have around on the big day! We will forever be grateful and highly recommend

Vanilla in Allseasons catered our wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn and it was the most amazing food we've ever tasted! So many people commented on how good the food it was, and the best wedding food they'd eaten! The team were great from start to finish - always on hand if we had any questions and were fantastic on the day. They also gave excellent alternatives for the vegan/vegetarian!

Vanilla in Allseasons catered for our wedding at The Oak Tree of Peover in July 2021, and we can't recommend them enough.

The food was exemplary. We’ve had so many of our family & friends say that it is the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Those with dietary requirements particularly commented on how well they were accommodated & one of our vegan guests said how refreshing it was to not just be served a mushroom main course!

The staff are an absolute credit to the company; every single of of them were so lovely and effortlessly professional (despite the outrageous temperature on the day!).

Thank you so much to the whole team for all your flexibility throughout the pandemic and help making our big day as magical as we hoped it would be!

From start to finish Adam and the team at Vanilla in all seasons have been exceptional. Right from the moment we sat down to discuss our “dream wedding menu” to the moment that dream was delivered they were phenomenal. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Vanilla in all Seasons for any catering needs that anyone requires. The best in the business, by far!!

Vanilla in all seasons were absolutely perfect from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they always got back to us to reassure us and we always felt like we were in good hands. The 3 courses all ran so smoothly and were timed perfectly in between. All the guests dietary requirements were catered for without question. The food was absolutely stunning and we were told by many it was the nicest food they had ever eaten. the evening food was also a hit. Staff were so helpful. Overall, excellent!

I’m going to start this review by saying that I can fully appreciate that running a business during a pandemic must be a logistical nightmare and full of stress. That being said, I think it’s important for a vendor to remember the saying that the customer is always right. Without the customer there is no business.

We booked our wedding before the pandemic was declared. We went through two years of worry if it was going to go ahead or not and throughout that two years we had contact with Vanilla In Allseasons via email seeking assurance that things would go as we wanted even if we needed to move the date. We found that most communication was abrupt and not exactly what we were hoping for as a customer. Essentially as others have posted if the wedding didn’t go ahead we stood to loose significant amounts of money unless we rebooked with Vanilla In Allseasons and it was a date they could cater for. Also we were told that we wouldn’t be refunded if we cancelled due to not wanting to go ahead with restrictions we would only be refunded if the government completely banned weddings as part of the lock down. We did consider cancelling quite early doors but were told that our menu tasting (2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts) would cost £500 for the food and administration costs. If we weren’t obliged to have Vanilla In Allseasons at the venue we had chosen, this communication and attitude alone would have lost them our custom. Anyone who finds themselves in this situation please take a look at the legal definition of a frustrated contract as this may assist.

Thankfully, were lucky enough to have our wedding go ahead as planned, on the date we originally chose, at the venue we originally chose and without restrictions. On the date itself Vanilla in Allseasons were absolutely excellent. The food was top notch, we had numerous good reviews from our guests and most of the plates went back to the kitchen completely empty. Any little issues were sorted promptly and professionally by the staff. On the day we had Michelle as the catering manager and she was absolutely brilliant, she couldn’t do enough to make sure the day went exactly as we wanted it and she really helped to make our day feel extra special, Michelle is a credit to the company.

To summarise, the food is excellent and in regards to wedding food prices, reasonably priced. The service a customer care on the day is brilliant. If Vanilla in Allseasons could improve on that initial customer care they would be 5 star without a doubt.

We used Vanilla for our wedding recently, given the events of the previous 18 months or so they were very flexible and accommodating to postpone and re-arrange 3 times!

On the day, Adam and his team were very professional and made sure everything on the day went smoothly, they were always present without being intrusive.

The food was excellent, lots of our guests commented on the quality and how tasty it was.
They were very understanding of our complex dietary requirements of some of our guests and were more than happy to cater for everyone.

Me and my newly wedded wife are incredibly happy with how the day went overall and we couldn't recommend Vanilla enough!

Vanilla in all Seasons provided an outstanding and professional service from our very first interaction. Sample menus were provided in abundance, the tasting evening was excellent with staff being very informative and listening to what we wanted for our wedding - nothing was pushy or upsold.

Then covid hit, V&A were very understanding and accommodated a change of date for us without fuss or stress.

Finally, our big day rolled around and we had every confidence that they would deliver and boy they did. V&A took the stress out of the wedding breakfast for our DIY wedding. The food was outstanding and service from front of house exceptional. Our supervisor (Alex K) made sure everything ran smoothly on the day, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff.

I still can't believe what amazing food they produced out of such a tiny space available to them at our venue. Our guests still keep telling us how amazing the food was. Couldn't fault a thing. Would recommend V&A in a heartbeat.

Vanilla in Allseasons were fabulous for our wedding. They were flexible when we had to change the date 4 times and very helpful when we wanted to change our menu last minute.
On the day, the caterers were extremely professional and accommodating from start to finish. All the food tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend Vanilla in Allseasons to anyone needing catering for a special event!

Vanilla catered our wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn in May and from start to finish, they went above and beyond what we were expecting. Once we had hired Vanilla, Adam did a home visit with us to listen to and tease out our tastes - creating a menu specifically for us and what we liked to eat. Even when we changed our minds on smaller details closer to the wedding, this was not a problem for them at all.

All our guests were so complimentary of the service and the food and everything ran seamlessly on the day. The whole meal was absolutely delicious - it felt like fine dining but without the small portion sizes that usually come with that! The trio of desserts in particular was a wow moment and everyone was blown away!

It's been a tough year for everyone and we have had to change our wedding date but Vanilla have been so patient and accommodating with us. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.
