Would advise all to be very careful booking with this company,Like the person below,My daughter had to change her date of wedding due to covid,Then the second date could not go ahead due to covid.My daughter decided to cancel everything and wait till this is all over.This company is taking £1400 of their £1674 deposit 😡 for taster day,Admin costs.I did ring them and not helpful at all on refunding more of their money.I’d look elsewhere.

Cancelled our wedding catering due to COVID rules and we were refused a refund of our £500 deposit. We had attended one taster meal (for two) and one house visit and their management are trying to justify these costs, including electricity, emails, fuel, staff costs and even toilet roll!! We eventually got £90 back so we’re now a little over £400 out of pocket for a meal for two in Congleton. I will never recommend this company, they had plenty of notice and just used this terrible situation to bank £400. Thanks.

We were due to get married at Owen House in October but with Covid-19 we had to move it several times, as the restrictions kept changing. Further restrictions came in and we just thought, let’s do it! So we planned it to be in just 4 days time.
Vanilla in All Seasons were amazing and jumped straight into it. Helped us plan everything to make the most amazing day happen in no time at all.
Everyone at the wedding absolutely loved the food, and it was even better than we had remembered when we did our tasting session. My niece is gluten and dairy intolerant so often misses out on a lot of things - but she thought it was the best meal ever and didn’t have to miss out on anything as they catered for her amazingly.
It truly made our day and couldn’t recommend them enough. Xx

My friends used Vanilla in all Seasons for their wedding at Chetham's Library in July 2019 which I was helping plan. The level of service received from Adam and the team was excellent. The food quality was of a very high standard and presented beautifully. All wedding guests were very impressed and well fed. The tapas starter worked really well with helping people get to know each other on the tables too.

Adam was very helpful throughout talking us through the various table set ups, linens etc. and advising what would work best for this particular venue. He was also patient with any last minute catering or number changes.

The room turn around following the ceremony worked really well as it was very efficient and discreet allowing a wow factor for the guests when they returned. The staff on the day were all friendly and helpful and were able to help accommodate any last minute amends.

Overall Adam, his team and the food was all brilliant and I look forward to working with Vanilla in all Seasons again!

Vanilla in All Seasons catered our wedding on 10/10/19 at Owen House Wedding Barn and we simply can't speak highly enough of them
From our meeting with Rachel 10 months before the wedding, to the tasting session right through to the wedding day, everything was perfect. We were making slight changes to our guest list and requirement right up until almost midnight the night before the wedding and they could have not have done more to accommodate those changes.
Our guests spoke extremely highly of the service on the day more importantly...everybody loved the food! It really was incredible. We wish we could give more than five out of five - they helped make our wedding perfect.

We used V & A as our caterer for our wedding in September at Hargate Hall. We honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. Despite throwing logistical challenges their way (no use of marque, having to hire in cooking equipment) it was all dealt with efficiently and on the day the service was attentive yet discreet. The food was great and we are still getting compliments on it from our guests. Highly recommended.

I honestly don't think that anything I write here will sum up how happy myself and Richard are with the service and food VinA supplied at our wedding (OHWB 27th Oct 19).

From quoting us 18 months ago until the end of wedding evening everything ran so smoothly.
At quote stage Adam took our budget and ran with it. Letting us know exactly what he could do and how he could make it perfect for us.
The tasting - I took my Dad as Richard was working and he couldn't believe how lovely the staff and food were.

Rachel was our event manager on the day and she was BRILLIANT. Nothing was too much trouble. She even helped with putting my over tired screaming baby down for a nap.

John over saw the set up and food delivered to the table. his attention to detail was second to none.

The amount of guests that commented on the quality of the food was overwhelming. The words "The beat wedding meal I've ever had" were used more than once.

Thank you so much for everything. I will recommend you at every chance I get!

Vanilla in all seasons are fabulous! Catering for our wedding last saturday we have had such lovely comments about food from guests. Everyone said how wonderful it was. Nothing was too much trouble, we asked for the beef to be cooked a little more and there were on it fast and it wasn't too much trouble at all. The whole meal ran seamlessly. The evening food was delicious. Everything was boxed up for us to take away as well. All staff very polite amd friendly and all guests commented on how fabulous the catering was. Thank you so much for making our day perfect!

I cannot speak highly enough of Vanilla in all seasons. We used them as our wedding caterers and they were extremely professional, SOOOO friendly and accommodating from start to finish - to top it all off, they were just passionate as we are about good food!!

We went to have a second tasting for our wedding breakfast, just because we loved their food and popping in to see them. They provide the most personalised service I have ever come across, and will go out of their way to make your dream a reality.

We have had so many excellent comments about our wedding from friends and family, but the exceptional standard of the food and service has been commented on by everyone. Everything from the canapes to the evening food was absolutely perfect! They tailor your menu to your exact requirements and everything they produce is just delicious. Married friends always told us that you hardly eat on your wedding day, but we cleared our plates, as the food was incredible.

Adam and the team are just lovely to work with, and if I could give them 7/5 I would!!!

Adam and the team at Vanilla in all Seasons did a superb job of catering for our wedding at Eyam Hall in May 2019. From talking us through all the possible options and helping us with timings for the day, to serving amazing canapes in the beautiful gardens and a three course wedding breakfast and evening food in the marquee, the whole experience was faultless. We've had so much great feedback from friends and family about the food at our wedding. We wholeheartedly recommend Vanilla.

Vanilla catered our wedding on 3rd May 2019 and were absolutely exceptional! The food was incredible, the staff were brilliant and looked after everyone so well, and their obvious attention to detail and professionalism meant we could kick back and just enjoy our day with our guests without any worries! Vanilla All Seasons catered at our wedding and the service, attention to detail and the food itself was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble.
