I've been a customer with VI for over a decade, and what keeps me coming back is not only the excellent range of products that they offer, but also the thoughtful and attentive service. They are understanding, reasonable, and responsive. I've had a small issue or misunderstanding or two over the years (almost always an error on my end) and they have always been able to get things sorted out quickly. They are, in my opinion, the best in the business.

Considering that the team are recovering from the recent catastrophic warehouse fire, they are continuing their long tradition of providing an
excellent customer service.
I've been purchasing from them for some 5 years now and, on the very rare occasions when there has been a problem with an order, they have dealt with it rapidly and with consideration for it's impact on my experience as a customer.
A case in point was with a recent order that went astray - the problem being with the courier service. All resolved quickly, and with tact by the team.

I once ordered a playing cards deck and never got it. I contacted them and was told that the issue was from the delivery courier and yet was refunded.

The wizards at VanishingInc have done it again. I sent in a request for some help with some difficulties I was having, asking how products could meet my requirements. The wizards replied quickly with lots of very helpful information. Thanks!

Expertly curated products, informative email updates on events and new releases, and to top it off the customer service is incredible.
