I have several options to choose from when buying magic online. However, VanishingInc is always my first choice. Their customer service is amazing. Today for example, I submitted a question via email and heard a response within the hour. Jason was very courteous and worked with me to resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

So disappointed with the Flick Wallet Plus from Vanishing Inc.. The product isn't even finished which for £113 trick is a disgrace.. a poorly shot video, shows scissors and a scalpel being used to cut something! In order to make it work... I want my money back..

Always a pleasure working with Vanishing Inc. The customer service is the best, quick and responsive, open to special requests and they've even surprised me by going above and beyond my expectations. The site is beautiful and offers some of the finest products in the Magic market. Also, I am very happy with the packaging of products for shipping. I just received a book from their site yesterday. The box was dented in a few spots and corner mashed a bit, but thankfully they used a good amount of bubble wrap, and the book was perfect. Thanks for going the extra mile, in so many ways.

There are a ton of online magic stores out there and I have visited and bought from many. I keep coming back to Vanishing Inc. and they are my go-to site for everything. The products are top-notch and well-crafted. Those from Josh, Andy and David Regel always come in "gift box" packaging (at least for the things I have purchased. I recently ordered several things and as soon as I hit send I realized I left something in my cart that I wasn't ready to buy yet. I immediately accessed the chat feature on their site and a human being (Jim K) amended my order on the spot.

I had an issue with my most recent order - On contacting them, VI addressed this in a prompt (almost immediate), reasonable, and kind manner ...
In all of my dealings with VI the focus has been on customer satisfaction - and in every case my expectations have been surpassed.
Their standards are set high - and if there is any problem/issue they want make it right.
Simply put - they're good people.

Vanishing Inc Magic is the best in the business! Not only do they have phenomenal products, but their customer service is out of this world. I have purchased quite a bit from Vanishing Inc over the years, and it is clear that they screen what they sell to make sure it is top-of-the-line. They also are a small business and take great care of their customers. Recently, there was a little hiccup with my card being charged early for a monthly subscription service, even though I had cancelled the subscription just prior to the renewal date. In response, the VI team was super helpful! They refunded me the full amount and even left part of the subscription active for the new month. To be clear, the subscription service was an EXCELLENT value -- however, I had been laid off from my job that month and needed to cut back expenses. In light of this, the VI team's gracious response was a big relief for me. As usual, I'm so grateful for what they do. 10/10, highly recommend.

Vanishing Inc rose to the occasion to do everything possible to make my experience with them excellent. Great customer service, great products, and nothing I can say bad at all about them at all. Never had an issue ordering from them and receiving my items well packed and shipped fast. Great company to purchase your magic goods from.
