Found the car online. Exactly what we were looking for at a good price. Brian arranged to have the car moved to the Glasgow branch and made the sale quick and easy for me.

Great friendly, approachable staff. No pressure sales like other places I've visited. Smooth easy process from start to finish. Would definitely use again, and highly recommend.

I live a long ways away. VM Glasgow did everything they could to assist, sorting out extra photos, arranging relining, bringing the van up from the South. OK had to pay for transfer but a no brainer compared to cost of journey and overnight hotel. Reassured that nothing was hard and fast until I test drove the van and was happy to drag the plastic out. Felt like a good relationship developed. Phone calls were friendly and relaxed. I thought the price was very good too. All in all a very good experience and I got exactly the van I need.

Well what can I say I went into Van monster Glasgow looking for a small van for my son and grandson to use at their chosen hobby.I was greeted by Fred explained what I was looking for he politely showed me out to forecourt and advised me to feel free to look at stock absolutely no pressure to buy .Whilst looking another staff member Kelly passed and asked if all was ok I told her my requirements and she immediately was able to say that other branches had vehicle's in my spec range ,Fred then advised that he would keep looking and call me when said stock arrived I then revisited to see one particular vehicle being assisted by Brian as Fred was off no problems showed me vehicle I was happy reserved it and Brian said Fred will call you tomorrow no gazumping each other here professional grown ups putting customers first .Deal completed next day picked 2 days later spotless fueled and completely information to the full in the vans history, extended warranty price sorted out and as this is time first buying a van Fred guided the sale helping with his professional input were it was required .All in all a very smooth and great pathway to a second hand van which when you look at the service it would be better suited to high end cars all the staff a credit to Monster Glasgow

Contacted Vanmonster Brian called me back and the whole deal came together perfectly.

FRED talked me through the purchase of the van ,advised me on insurance .Helped me with road tax and did the paperwork to take ownership of the vehicle and did a walk round of the vehicle with me. Many thanks.

We found a van on the website and after a call to van monster we paid a deposit and it was brought up to the Glasgow branch !!
Fred couldn’t be anymore helpful & promptly replied to emails & phone calls .
Will definitely recommend Fred and this company and won’t hesitate to go back there in the future.

Our experience with Van Monster was, for the most part, very good. I would not fault your sales executive, Brian Findlay in any way at all. He was very pleasant, and helpful, with a good sense of humour. However, Van Monster gets a 4 instead of a 5, because we were disappointed to hear that the company sells their cars very close to the wind, in terms of legality of tyre tread. I paid over £13,000 for the car, and I therefore would not have expected to shell even more out for it in the near future. However, in order to sweeten the situation somewhat, Brian arranged to have £100 taken off the price. Not the perfect result I wanted, but a bit of a help. Replacing the two nearly illegal tyres would have completely solved the problem, and Van Monster would then have got a 5 out of 5. Hey ho.
