We can highly recommend Mike at Van Monster Warrington. We purchased a Kia Ceed and traded in our old car at a very good price. Mike was friendly and professional throughout and made everything so easy for us. He sorted all the paperwork and made sure we were happy with it all. The sales staff where helpful an efficient, positive feedback reg this aspect of van monster business.
I found that the sales staff have very little, if any. Room for negotiation, the company rules are the rules an that's that. For example a v.w advise that there vans have a new cam belt fitted every 4/5 years, or 80,000/120,000 miles, which ever comes 1st, the van we purchase was 4½ years old, but the sales guy would not consider any negotiation on this issue.
Id Also advice any one to check window screen very carefully before leaving, as we noticed a small chip on bottom of passenger side window, concerned thers a chance the hole window screen could shatter , i contacted sales to be told .. we won't be doing anything it's not on the driver's side, not what I was expecting to hear when iv spent over £20,000 with van monster on a van with 65,000miles .
On hindsight a new cam belt will cost £600, a repair on screen will be £150. If I'd have gone to VW an got same van with 30,000 miles on its clock. It would have only cost me only a little more. My fault I didn't do my home work a bit more
I still have a good van just disappointed in rules and after care

Called in on the off chance spoke to a guy called Mike 20 mins later I had bought a new van very helpful and knowledgeable looked at a few vans decided on a citroen berlingo.
Collected the van on the monday afternoon all sound no issues as yet,reccomended if you need a van get down to vanmonster I warrington

I recently purchased a peugeot partner van from vanmonster. Chris from the warrington branch was very helpful and friendly and made the whole process of the purchase run smoothly from sorting the finance out for me on the first day and then finalising the paperwork the next morning I was driving away with my new van in no time, I would highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Van Monster Warrington enough. It was so refreshing to deal with Chris, a man who knows his stuff, was up front and got things sorted for us. We tried a few dealerships and found it was all young men desperate to upsell and charge us an arm and a leg. It was the complete opposite at Van Monster Warrington, the car was really reasonably priced and Chris was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. He made sure the car was in great shape for our collection and we would definitely, definitely get a car from here again and will be recommending family and friends to do the same.

All went well, Chris was good at the Warrington site. Part exchange was fair and everything went smooth. Thank you, see you in 5 years when I get my new car :)

I was very pleased with my dealings with Van Monster Warrington , having spoken with Chris a few times on the phone regarding the vehicle I was interested in, I called in the branch (which was very clean) on Saturday 07/02/2026. The Van I was viewing was parked on the front ready for my examination. The van was prepared well, and in good clean order. Any questions I had Chris answered, and I happily purchased the Van.
