Bought my Mercedes Vito from Van Monster
Warrington , I dealt with Chris who made the whole process very easy , even sorted out my tax direct debit after purchase , very happy with the van and would buy from Van Monster again

I rang about a Hyundai I had seen on autotrader. From the first call Chris was friendly and informative. He explained the history of van monsters and how the car was priced - the price was excellent for the car.
I arranged a test drive and again Chris was friendly, explained things and I test drove the car.
I loved the car, Chris wasn't pushy at all, explained the process for buying through finance and left the decision to me. I reserved the car and everything from there was a breeze.
Chris kept in touch whilst I sold mine and sorted insurance etc. Throughout everything Chris was professional, supportive and I felt like I was a valued customer.

Really good service, Mike was particularly helpful answered any questions we had about the vehicle and made the entire experience really easy. Got it moved down from Glasgow to warrington after initially viewing a few similar ones in the branch. Arranged a viewing with me a few days later to look around the car and the car was ready to drive away within less than a week of my first visit. Really good communication throughout and a fast turn around time
