Chris didn't hover or pressure; he gave me space to look, answered every question thoroughly. Really good service, Mike was particularly helpful answered any questions we had about the vehicle and made the entire experience really easy. Got it moved down from Glasgow to warrington after initially viewing a few similar ones in the branch. Arranged a viewing with me a few days later to look around the car and the car was ready to drive away within less than a week of my first visit. Really good communication throughout and a fast turn around time

Firstly we visited our local branch in cannock and the guys were brilliant but we didn't find the van we wanted. We came home to look on the website and saw a couple in Warrington that we thought were worth the visit. When we got there we were greeted by Mike. Mike gave us plenty of time to look around and when we had any questions Mike was extremely helpful. Mike was extremely busy on this particular Saturday but he was really friendly and professional. Once we had a look at our options (finance/part exchange) Mike was helping us every step of the way, we decided that was the van for us. The van had a new mot and was cleaned up nicely and ready for us to drive off within less than a week! At no point was there any urgency to put a deposit or final payment but just really great customer service and advice given. The van drove back home a good few hours away perfectly! Thank you van monster and thank you Mike! It was a pleasure from start to finish! Mike also assured us that if we have any issues we can contact him if required.

Mike Rossiter the gentleman I purchased my car from was really helpful, and made the process very easy. I was kept upto date with what was happening, and what date I could pick my car up. It's a brilliant service all in all, and would recommend them for customers to buy a reliable vehicle. I saw 2 cars on line which I really liked and went to Warrington to have a look. One car had been sold, but the other car was available. The car was very clean, and spotless inside. I put a deposit down straight away, and picked the car up Friday. Van monster is an excellent service, and the cars are fantastic. A brilliant service, which in future I would always go there. Thank you Mike for your help and assistance. It was a pleasure.
