I have recently bought an Audi Q3 at Van Mossel, Valkenswaard and my overall experience has been fantastic. Marko Lipovac was our sales manager who has been exceptional in his service and has arranged everything right from test drive until the car handover. He has been very responsive to my calls/messages. Overall, Van Mossel is a very professional organization who cares about customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend them.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They give options and make it easy to make a decision.

Ik heb bij hen via Audi.nl een Audi gekocht met 5700 km, een high-end uitvoering.
Vriendelijke vertegenwoordiger, alles werd soepel afgehandeld en ze hebben het papierwerk professioneel geregeld.
Echter, op de dag van levering, gaf de auto een waarschuwing aan dat de olie binnen 10 dagen ververst moest worden. Terwijl ik nog bij de dealer stond, merkte ik dat de camera's niet werkten. Op een bijna nieuwe auto!
Ze vertelden me dat het niets was en dat ik twee dagen later terug moest komen. Ze konden het niet repareren en stelden voor om de garantie te gebruiken bij een dealer dichter bij waar ik woon.
1 maand later: de camera's werken nog steeds niet en ik wacht op een nieuwe cameramodule die in backorder is en zonder informatie over wanneer deze beschikbaar is.
De ironie is dat ik deze specifieke auto heb gekocht in plaats van een auto dichter bij waar ik woon, specifiek vanwege deze optie.
Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld, dit is niet in lijn met wat we van Audi mogen verwachten gezien de premium prijs.

Friendly representative, everything was handled smoothly and they arranged the paperwork professionally.
However, on the day of delivery, the car had a warning to do the oil change in 10 days. Then while still at the dealership I noticed the cameras were not working. On a car almost new!
They told me it was nothing and to come back two days later. They could not fix it and suggested to use the warranty with a dealership closer to where I live.
1 month later: the cameras are still not working and I am waiting for a new camera module that is on backorder and without any information when it is available.
The irony is that I bought this specific car as opposed to one closer to where I live specifically for this option
I am very disappointed, this is not in line with what we should expect from Audi considering the premium price.

The process of applying for a loan was easy and straightforward. The sales personel kindly answered to my enquires.

Service appointment incl. chip-out repair on the window. They told me the service would take 1.5 hours, but after waiting for 3.5 hours it turned out that the car was not washed/vacuum cleaned (they always emphasize on this) and the window was not repaired. I really wondering what they did at this time. I got the wrong receipt and very poor explanation about it. No good experience, it did not build customer trust.

Brought a Q2 from Van Mossel Valkensward. Mr. Luc Manders had helped alot right from choosing the vehicle, test drive and ensured that entire process went smooth.

Noticed a minor problem on 2nd week of delivery and the service team at Mossel made sure that problem is fixed in time.

I recently visited the Audi center for a major service, and was impressed by their well-organized and professional service. They explained everything clearly and kept me informed throughout the process. The comfortable waiting area made it easy to work and relax while my car was being serviced. Highly recommend!
