Daring to write a 1* Review will get you on the naughty list, they get it removed by Trustpilot.

Truth hurts doesn't it so let start my review again

1* is far to generous, if there was a minus options I would use it!

What went wrong, well what went right. Promised the van was in stock by the sales team in the December of 2021. Don't receive van until end of February 2022. When the van arrives the delivery driver throws the keys at us and leaves, no handover. Vehicle once inspected by us has faults. Oil leak, screw through the arch and the sensors are showing a fault. Once we speak to the "customer service team" (if you can call them that) at Vanzone she says we need to call warranty. Brand new van why is it delivered faulty? When we call the warranty we are told van is too new and they don't cover us?! Back to Vanzone "customer service team" and their "excellently crap" customer service skills. Finally vehicle is seen by a garage, no courtesy vehicle provided. I am self employed, this is my business! Vanzone do not care! Don't waste your money here!

How can you improve - Commit to your promises, resolve the issues raised to you. Have a service level agreement of response. When you say you will call back attention do. Customer Service team pay attention when you say your going to do something, do it!

Resolve my issue!

Now seeking legal advice as they are a sham!

Van still faulty! If you actually want to go to work don't buy a van from Vanzone as it will spend 90% of the year in the garage or on the drive faulty!

Fully recommend buying a van from anywhere else. I now have a lovely MAN Van. 10/10 and 5*'s for my new supplier.

It’s unfortunate you have taken to Trustpilot for the second time following Trustpilot removing your initial review for inaccuracy.

All of our vehicles we supply are brand new so will be under warranty of between 3 – 7 years. A courtesy vehicle is normally provided depending on the Local dealer and brand but Vanzone don’t stock vans for courtesy use, but we have tried our best to help out on occasions.

It is very disappointing there was an issue with the vehicle but as stated by our customer service team, we at Vanzone do not build the vehicles and this would need to be taken to your local Maxus dealer to be covered under warranty.

Your 1* review seems an anomaly in reflection of our 4.2* as an average on this platform.

We are a family run business and try to work with all our customer, however after the way you have treated the staff at Vanzone we are glad you managed to source a vehicle elsewhere.

We’ll await to hear from your legal team.

New Van

Received my new van. Was delayed by 5 months, but this down to Renault supply issues.

Vanzone can be sometimes slow getting back to you. But do eventually get things sorted.
My issues were resolved agreeably.

Dont buy from this company

Promised out new van would arrive in October 2022 - actually arrived in February 2023 with scratches, dents and engine management lights on. Vanzone are not at all interested in resolving the issue and tell us it is our problem to sort out with the manufacturer - lesson learnt buy direct with the manufacturer not through vanzone

Just taken delivery of a new Citroen Relay from Vanzone and have been generally pleased with the process
We did have a small hiccup along the way but to be fair it was dealt with professionally and promptly which is all anybody can ask for

Awaiting Delivery

My company has ordered a Vauxhall Movano we were asked to pay the full amount by the end of November so that the vehicle could be delivered 1st week in December. We paid for the vehicle and are still waiting, with poor communication back from Van Zone .

I called Vanzone on the 3rd of October…

I called Vanzone on the 3rd of October & explained that I had been messed around by Nissan for 17 months on two Primastars that I had ordered. Simon assured me there was a Renault version in the country & that I would take delivery in a maximum of four weeks. I explained that I wasn’t prepared to get into the same situation, as with Nissan, with another company to which he understood. I ordered the vehicle the next day by e-mail saying I would only order on the basis of taking delivery in no more than four weeks. I received a call on the 17th of October saying my van was due at the end of the following week. I explained that I would be in Tenerife & to deal with a lad in our office. Whilst away I received an e-mail saying the said person had asked for an update but wasn’t on their system to discuss the van situation & also my van was due to port on the 3rd of November. Cutting a long story short they claim that they think Renault had sent the van that was, allegedly, in the country to another dealer but who knows the truth. I was then advised a van was due to dock on the 30th November but I probably not see it until the new year. I said this wasn’t good enough & cancelled by e-mail on the 17th November & asked for my deposit to be returned. I received another call from a Jay on the 22nd asking if I’d take anything else. After confirming they had nothing else that suited my needs he said it would be then passed to a director to authorise the refund. I’ve received no refund. I’ve tried calling & left a message for Jay to call me or I would start legal action & heard nothing. It now looks like our solicitors we be in touch with this company next. If Vanzone had just refunded my deposit I would have had no issues with the fact they couldn’t supply my van but as they are so loathe to return monies owed I can only say avoid this company like the plague!

I’m very pleased to say this issue has now been sorted. Received a call from a director of the company the next day who was very apologetic & promised a refund. Now received.

I’d like to apologise on the behalf of Vanzone for the delay in issuing your refund and in communication. We pride ourselves on top quality customer service and on this instance, we can appreciate this has slipped. The relevant proceedings have taken place to ensure this does not happen again.
