Amazing service

Bad packaging and ignored my request

The liquid is of high quality. However, due to bad packaging (bottles loose in a large box), one of the bottles was open and soaked the whole parcel with juice. Had to clean all the bottles after opening.
I also requested there not being more than 10 nic shots in the parcel due to Swiss custom restrictions in the message field of the order. The request was ignored. Luckily the parcel got through.
Fast delivery.

Edit after the reply:
"The customer" just wanted to say the packaging is bad. Something a replacement isn't going to fix unless the throwing a bunch of loose bottles into a box considerably too large aka. way of packing would be changed. The message being ignored shouldn't happen if you offer a message box at checkout.

The rating would be 5 stars if the packaging was improved and / or the message field doesn't get ignored.

We have had no contact from this customer, unfortunately due to the nature of E-Liquid the occasional leak is inevitable. We would have happily resolved this if the customer had contacted us.
