I've been a subscriber for about 7 months and this is the experience I've had so far:

First two months - no complaints. Good flavours, delivered on time. Great.

They ran a MASSIVE discount for Black Friday and I managed to pick up 2 x 240ml for £24. Absolute bargain. Flavours were....OK. But both packs were identical so I ended up with a lot of juice that was bearable but not exactly what I would have bought given the choice.

One pack had a few bottles leak so I fired off a quick email to see if there was something that could be done. Several emails and TEN WEEKS later, the issue was finally resolved.

As part of that Black Friday deal I got a couple of scratch cards thrown in, one of which won me some half price juice from MaxVG.net As I understand it, this is the same team that run Vape Mail. I picked out 4 x 50ml short fill bottles of various flavours for £20 and when they arrived, 2 of the bottles sent were not what I ordered. Again, more emails sent. No response from MaxVG.net or Vape Mail on those.

You might notice on their website they claim:

"...we will never send out Coffee, Tobacco or Menthol flavours, as based on our 3 years of running an E-Liquid subscription, they are things that a lot of people dislike."

I've had menthol based flavours sent to me for the last 2 months. Last month I felt I'd had enough menthol so I dropped them an email. They responded quickly and promised to resolve the problem. It's now 3 weeks later and no resolution and no response to follow up emails.

Suffice to say, I've now cancelled my subscription and will try one of the other companies providing a similar service.

Update following VapeMail response:

A) The juice sent last month has Menthol listed as the key ingredient on the manufacturers website. I've received no replacement bottle.

B) All contacts I made were either sent via your own website contact form or as a reply to an email from you. Where they get routed is your issue to address, however I appreciate you letting me know why they continue to suffer delays.

I very much appreciate the replacement of the leaking bottles in the November Black Friday pack - at no point did I ask that any more than the affected bottles be replaced. However it took until the middle of February to actually receive them.

Finally, with regards this "200ml of free juice": I assume you're combining the Black Friday issue and the most recent one into this? On the latter, as mentioned in A), nothing has been received.

To attempt to label a customer with genuine issues with the efficiency in which the business is being run as "Toxic" is frankly laughable. Nothing in my initial review is inaccurate.
