I wanted to leave a review because the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic.

I’ve ordered vape liquid from this company three times now and have always been happy with my purchases. Unfortunately, the Toffee flavour caused issues and ended up destroying six of my pods. After testing it in two different devices and knowing this liquid brand well, I was confident the liquid was the cause of the problem.

I reached out to customer support and was assisted by Emma, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She responded quickly, was kind and understanding, and resolved the issue without any hassle. She even arranged for replacement pods to be included with my next order because of the damage caused, which I really appreciated.

Mistakes and product issues can happen with any company, but what matters is how they’re handled. Emma’s excellent customer service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and that’s why I’ll happily continue ordering from them.

Good service helpful customer service and the pods i order are great value.

I had a general issue with my order and contacted costumer service and I must say I’ve never seen a customer service that is as good as this, it was quick, easy and straightforward, I spoke with Liam and he helped me out in no time he’s excellent

From start to finish my experience was excellent with Vape.co.uk. As someone who has never vaped before and didn't want nicotine I enquired before hand and Kim dealt with my enquires and was extremely helpful! She reccomend me 0 nicotine vapes and my order was delivered within 24hrs.

Great company do great deals fast dealivery have used about five different orders now all great experience and you sometimes get a free vape if U place order and then email u get a card when ya first order gets delivered

I had a delivery failure issue with the carrier, but KIM at vape customer service responded almost instantly and provided a good will replacement straight away with an alternative carrier, and still arrived next day... fantastic customer service overall, thanks Kim!

Order over £75 pods never received order

Well i had a problem with a pod not charging and it was replaced the next day.
Delivery is always quick too, fantastic service.

Super fast delivery, Excellent prices and wide range of choices but what makes this company so wonderful is that your not communicating with AI. I cannot explain how refreshing it is that there are actual people responding to queries and its sad to see some of the 1* reviews on here because of a manufacturing fault or the British post - neither of these they can control so I urge anyone looking at those reviews to just ignore them. The customer service at Vape.co uk is amazing and these are real people, props to all of you and just keep doing what your doing 👏
