OK company until you have a problem with your purchase

I've used Vape360 quite a few times and never had a problem...until something went wrong.
I bought a new Smok Species from Vape360 and everything was fine.
Around 4 weeks after the purchase I was using it as normal, it put it down after a vape then when I next picked it up it was not working and had a white screen. I tried everything to get it working but it was faulty.
I sent an email to Vape360 telling them the vape had just packed in working after 4 weeks of regular use and their response was "Sorry this order is now outside of the return period, try changing the batteries and good luck with it"

I responded by explaining again what had happened and that the vape must be faulty as it broke so quickly without anything out of the ordinary happening to it...but they have ignored me ever since. Its been a month now and I've heard nothing from them.
So ive had to buy yet another vape from somewhere else.
I will NOT be using Vape360 ever again

Fantastic company and vapes only use these now…

Fantastic company only use these now after trying many others. Vapes are all good flavour and last the same as they should obvious every now and again you get a bad one but that’s the manufacturer problem not vape 360.
After a recent order I’ve had to contact them, I got to speak to a human who was helpful and polite he solved my tiny problem straight away. Would highly recommend vape 360

Got there in the end, thanks

I give 4 stars only due to some errors in my order, I ordered 6 boxes - 4 wrong, 1 missing. After an initial frustrating communication experience the team there were good to communicate and resolve by sending a postage label link to send the incorrect items back and send the correct items out, these arrived quickly. Had an issue with the missing box but it did appear a few days later.

Sometimes things do go wrong in ordering online, I’d say the best thing to do is to understand this is not done on purpose as it would be bad for the business involved, stay calm and talk to them clearly about your issue. In Vape360’s case that’s what I did, they to their credit communicated well and resolved the problems amicably.

I would say to them to keep doing this because from a customers point of view, you feel frustrated, angry and let down. The way you fixed this was good but the communication was what meant most during the process and that’s appreciated.

Amazing flavours

the delivery was quick. They have amazing flavours that you can't find in shops. The taste of the disposables were amazing as were the e-liquids, they are also cheap and affordable and plus the free delivery and free returns. i highly recommend using this company

Fantastic Service

I've been shopping online monthly with Vape360 for about 12 months. I always find the goods are received on time and in good condition. Today I received my regular oder and found that I had been sent some incorrect products - the first time this has ever happened and clearly a genuine Mistake. I called up and spoke to a real person (John), who apologised for the error, told me to keep the additional products and that he would send out the products I was missing within 24 hours, and email me the tracking details. This is proper old fashioned customer service from a family-run small business! I couldn't have asked for a better response. I will continue to shop regularly with vape360, and would highly recommend them for online shopping and excellent customer service. Many thanks, Sakura

Wrong item recieved. Awful customer service.

I was sent the wrong item which is not the end of the world but when I contacted customer service to enquire as to why the wrong item was sent to me, their exact reply was - "yes we know we send different one as the one you order is out of stock, if you don't want to use it send it back." If that isn't terrible customer service, I'm not sure what is. 1 star is generous.

Generally good stick of vapes and…

Generally good stick of vapes and flavours. Decent prices. Only reason for 4 stars is they obviously close at the weekend and once open often don't process orders until 5pm on a Monday so if you order after 5pm on a Friday, you often don't get the parcel until the Wednesday. Other than that, Great service.

Rubbish

Rubbish. Don't order from them. I ordered two different vape juices and they emailed me saying one isn't in stock so do I want x2 Blueberry, so I emailed back saying No ill order another juice as I didn't want two of the same juices...they sent x2 Blueberry anyway. Quick to take my money but but happy to mess up my order.

Have been using these guys for a while now and can't fault them in any way. Excellent service, fantastic delivery, always there to help if you have any questions or need help with vapes etc. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stop smoking and try vapeing. Fantastic 👍
