My parcel split through no fault of theirs and one of the items was missing. I emailed customer service and Alex responded within half an hour and shipped a replacement without question. Highly recommended.

Very quick to send items once ordered on the website, used them for nearly 2 year now, and only had issues twice, but called them up and again they were very quick to remedy the issues. Won't go anywhere else to get my vapes, very reliable company.
