Apparently they took over making the Death By Chocolate flavor for Kai's Virgin Vapor. It is a sin what they did to that recipe, it's nothing like the award winning flavor they once sold. It's awful, completely different, just gross. Like not even close, not even a hint of what it's supposed to be. They should be embarrassed to put their name on the bottles. I bought 3 bottles and regretting wasting my money.

I've been a customer for over 5 years.And I'm done with this company.They don't answer their phone.They never return the phone calls.I've been trying to get in touch with them for a week now.I call every couple of hours.There are a bunch of douches. Don't.

Paying extra from shipping gets it delayed…
I order my vape juice from a different online store and decided (never again) to try a new store as the previous store didn't offer expedited shipping. Their website says orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next business day. Well I ordered Sunday night going into Monday basically at 2:00 in the morning. It is now going into Thursday and my juice is still not in transit. Mind you I paid the extra for expedited shipping. They are all the way in California I am on the East Coast. I emailed them and I am waiting for a response which I will update here when I receive one, if I receive one. However this will be the last time I ordered from this company. If you can't follow your own statements, you don't deserve my money. And I plan on getting my expedited money back if I ever receive my product. Horrible horrible company.

Ordered a week ago and order is still pending. Just like customer CU i emailed them and they said they sent me a email that I never received, but they told me one of the flavors I wanted Fruity Rings 3mg was out of stock so I told them what flavor to replace it with and 3 days later order is still pending. I just emailed them again so hopefully they will get it out it's a Christmas gift. I have placed orders with them before and didn't have this problem. People use a Virtual credit card it's only good on the website you use it on and every website will have it's own Virtual card.
I will change my star rating if they get my order out today. December 9th 2024
Update now they are telling me they are out of all the flavors I had order. Told them to give me a refund, let's see how long it takes them to do that before i contact my credit card company. I will NEVER order from them again.
Update December 17th my order is still pending. Placed my order December 1st. Don't know why I'm having a problem with them now because I have placed orders from them in the past with no issues. This is definitely the last order.
Supremely slow “expedited” shipping no worth price

It’s $15.50 for expedited (2-5 days) or something? The three times I’ve tried expedited it’s actually taken LONGER than regular shipping. What a waste of money.

Good luck getting customer service to respond "receptively" with an understanding on what your asking for (ie: blend ratio requests or flavoring requests). Small customizations regarding liquids cannot be met. Yes, you will receive your product you've placed an order for but nobody is there to customize a mixture. Beware of the reviews on their website. They are made-up. If you place an order with them, you will soon see your first name and last initial as a review with 5-stars with a generic compliment. -- "I see whatcha did there Vapecraftinc"
Made an order nearly a week ago
Made an order nearly a week ago, still "pending". Numerous emails and left a voice message after calling, no answer, no call back. They sent one email saying a flavor was out, responded with what to replace that flavor with...no response. Next day another email and tried to call...phone seems to be disconnected!!! Emailed again to say refund my money...no answer. Tried to call again...phone still "disconnected", no answer. Wrote again to say REFUND. I've been a long time customer and make 1 or 2 purchases a month from their sales and never before had any kind of problem with them. Now I'm wondering if they're going out of business and fraudulently keeping order money.
Credit card fraud attempt
Good products but I also had an attempted unauthorized charge on my card a day or 2 after my order arrived. After seeing these reviews I know it must of been from your website. Had to switch cards right after this

I regularly order 5 bottles of 120ml…
I regularly order 5 bottles of 120ml juice. Last but one order was a split open envelope with no content. I emailed customer service several times - no answer...... I gave up and reported this to my credit card company. They got a reply and VC said it was delivered. It was not. I even contacted USPS and they could not locate the contents. $69+ out of pocket until Citi refund the charge. It would not cost VC to send replacements and show some goodwill. Responding to customer service emails would be great too

Ordering Online is a gamble/unreliable
I've been using Vapecraft for years, happily. In the beginning service was rough, but they seemed to get things figured out. After that all was good until recently. Starting around August 2023 till now (Nov 23) the website is absolutely unreliable and unstable. I login to my account, add items to my order, attempt to check out - and suddenly it says I didn't select a shipping method. Or, I start over and go to checkout and suddenly it says I have no items in my cart. Or, it tells me that their payment gateway is bad. I've emailed them, used the chat feature - the ask me to call them to complete my order. I did in the beginning.... but no. The appeal to ordering online is to order online. I deal with thousands of phone calls a week. Im not interested in adding to that. I've tried about 10 or 11 times to order online and I think I finally got it to work. FIX THE WEBSITE.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. I bought the RPM Smok 5 as it was on sale. 4 weeks later the device quit working. I figured okay this is a dud ill get one more. I ordered the RPM Smok 5 again as i had already got a bunch of coils for it just a different color. It has now been three weeks and it no longer works. They WILL ONLY work if plugged in charging. The second you take off they shut back down. i offered to send them both back so they could see whatever is going on and maybe send a new one but nope. they do not care. They have not been dropped they have not been in water nothing. there is no reason they should be shorting out like this. This company refuses to help in any way. They say call the manufacturer the manufacturer says call Vape Craft. Nobody fkn cares about the money i have now lost out on buying two of their devices that are bogus. the fact that BOTH quit working just after weeks of use is not okay for what we pay for these items. A good company has no issues helping customers. This place just takes your money and leaves you high and dry. DO NOT waste your money here. You will regret it like i now have. My first one i ordered in May my second one June 27. we are now at July 18. How do they just stop working like that? they are selling BS items that do not work to make a quick buck.
