Had to pay myself the return for their mistake.
Not scammers, but
The day I was supposed to receive my order, I got a call saying that they don't have the flavour in stock. They told me what else they have, I chose. Received the order after another 2 days only to see that it's not the product I order. I'm not talking about the flavour, they sent another product with the same flavour.
I called them, they said to return them. I asked about postage and they said I will get full refund.
They only refunded the order, not the return, for which I sent them the receipt.

Have previously used this company without issue, however my latest order has failed

Delivery was marked as dispatched and tracking number issued. A day later I get a call saying the items were out of stock and offered a replacement at the same price so I accepted.

The delivery has showed as with sorting office for over a week now, they don't reply to emails, calls or the webchat option. Have reported to my bank and trading standards.

Website is not up to date with stock. Got a phone call day after receiving a false email with tracking number that the parcel has been despatched saying they are out of stock. The alternative offered was accepted but parcel has not been received despite it being past the promised delivery date! Truly disappointed. First and last time I will be using this cowboy company!

Originally was a 1-star review as had not received my items. Called the company yesterday and received today. Happy with the outcome.

I placed an order and I was sent three incorrect vapes I contacted the site via chat and received no response I then emailed multiple times and got delayed replies. I was told to send back the vapes and then they would send me the correct flavours I ordered once receiving the incorrect ones.
The customer service was poor and they made the error yet I’m the one having to mess about sending them back and waiting to receive a product I have paid for.
Won’t be using this site again as they kept ignoring me emails and wasn’t helpful in resolving an issue they caused

This company are liars and thieves.
Stole £37 from me for 4 bottles of nic salts.
The order was for 22 bottles.
They won't respond to emails.
Utter criminals! Steer clear!
I will be contacting bank to charge back. Hopefully that'll make them listen as I'm not the only customer that has had this experience with VAPEKITUK

bought 4 vapes on thursday, called to say they were out of stock so agreed on taking double of another. told 3 days ago that package arrived at depot but nothing has arrived SCAM THIEVES AND LIARS. it is now TUESDAY. almost been a WEEK. no delivery no package no information and when trying to talk to live chat service nobody replies? LOL scam do not buy go buy it from a corner shop instead mate

Ordered 2 favourite flavours but didn't receive order within next few days. Gave them a call been told flavours I ordered are out of stock and started to offer me any other flavour. Obviously I refused as I wanted what I wanted not what noone else is buying and then they trying to get rid of it by offering me. Ended up with a deal that I will get flavours I want not 25000 as I ordered but 15000 and on the top I will receive price difference as 25000 puffs cost more than 1500. Guess what I received next day 15000 but never got money back from them.
This company clearly should be reported for embezzlement of money.

After waiting 4 days the order still was not handed over to the courier.
I received a call saying the flavours are out of stock....
Asked to cancel the order several times but was not listened to (she kept repeating we have other flavours available) 🙄 when I persisted with I would like to cancel the order as I didn't want any other flavours I was meant with an abrupt okay and hang up ...

I mean it's been 4 days I paid the extra for faster shipping 🤷‍♀️ it's meant to be same day dispatch.

I've used the once before and they called them saying the was out of stock on flavours too 🥴 go with vape forest instead

Excellent flavours, great price & fast delivery

Thieves and liars. Order dispatched 3 days ago, called today by someone who could barely speak English saying it's out of stock after being dispatched. Now refusing refund or send products. Reported to trading standards

I’ve used these guys for the last 2 yrs & I’ve spent a lot of money with them.
Last 4 orders I’ve paid for next day delivery & it hasn’t arrived for 3 days.
Had a vape sent to me that was opened & didn’t work. Sent it back & still not received anything yet & I placed an order again paying for next day delivery & guess what…didn’t arrive on time yet again.
Ive spent a lot of money with you guys over the yrs, well you’ve just lost a very loyal customer. I’ll be shopping else where now & when I told you guys this you didn’t seem to care.
