when i bought an item, I was SHOCKED when i received a massage from my bank saying that the money was transfers to "Hong Kong" not UK.

what a scam... even their products dont have reviews.

i even contacted them and no reply so far.

Asked for a refund after being emailed to say the item I purchased wasn't in stock. Almost a month later and I'm still waiting for the refund. Terrible company, they are scammers do not buy from them!

I ordered a Daedalus Pro Kit on the 3rd of June and nothing came so contacted them and they shipped it on the 8th of June after me constantly pestering them.
I am still waiting only to discover earlier today that they are not UK based. So god knows how much longer i will have to wait, really annoyed about it.

Very poor service asked for a refund and am just being blanked scammers would recommend any 1 not to buy from herr

Bought the Daedalus coil jig from Vapelink and was really excited to use it. Sadly it took over a week to arrive and they use Hermes to deliver - which is the worse delivery service available. If I know a company will be using Hermes I wont buy from them, but they dont stipulate what delivery service they'll use. It's not exactly cheap there either as a way to make up for slow delivery. I will sometimes order from China and wait 3 weeks for delivery if its value for money but here it wasnt. So if you want items quickly dont use Vapelink.

made a order (cheaper than anywere else), it said on the site delivery within 3-6 days , arrived in 4 days, no damage,original item, not a clone, no complaints from me i will use them again.

If this website were honest, that they are Chinese drop shippers, they would have good reviews. Took 3 weeks to arrive but an excellent, genuine product that wasn’t available anywhere else. Would use them again and not expect the goods as soon as promised. Should just give realistic ship times, and all would be good.

After 3 weeks I am still waiting for my order!!!
They dont answer any communication!

Shocking company. How they can keep ripping people off without being closed down i will never know.

Àrrived after 2 weeks, paid for 2-4 days delivery. When they did reply to emails they couldn't tell if it had even been mailed. Not a scam but wouldn't use again.

Seeing these reviews I can relate to a lot of them. Communication is very poor, the website is some what deceiving, original order was out of stock but come to a satisfactory resolution which to be honest suited me. I still got the mod I ordered just a different colour and in perfect nick and in fully working order.

I had to pester Linda (Guessing she’s the customer service) I was relentless and I mean I didn’t stop bombarding them with emails. They have multiple emails on their site. The only one that works is vapelink@ outlook.com. (Had to put a space after the @ to allow me to post)

It took a little over a week to arrive so not too bad and mod was slightly cheaper than most sites but you have to chase and chase them hard.

Are these guys scammers? I wouldn’t say so as I got my mod for value for money.

Is it a poorly set up business and is it struggling to provide great customer service? Yes, deffo the case I feel.

I waited 3 weeks for them to ship my order. I didn’t get any apology for the delay, just a shipping confirmation 3 weeks after I placed the order.

Ordered caliburn coils weeks ago, sent them an email asking when goods would arrive, got a response claiming that goods were dispatched with no tracking number. Goods have not arrived and Paypal don't want to know about a refund totally useless. Vapelink are stealing your money with the help of Paypal

If I could rate them zero I would. Ordered a product a month ago, the tracking updated to Shipped the next day. A month later and like 7 emails, I never had the product and they told me it wasnt in stock in the first place, I asked for a refund and they've continued to ignore my emails. Never use this site for Vape Products, there are plenty of better companies to go to.

Took almost 3 weeks to arrive however we are in a worldwide epidemic so cannot complain, recieved full order and very happy with it, excellent communication x
