VapeLink Stay away, they are a Chinese company posing as a UK company and you will never see what you ordered.
Thanks to PayPal I got a full refund.

Scammer , never send your order .

These are Chinese scammers based in China. Not UK. I never received my mod. Numerous emails sent and not one response.

Fortunately PAYPAL refunded me my full amount.

Just like everyone else says. A Chinese company pretending to be from the UK and they’re scammers.

Currently going through a dispute with PayPal as they are ignoring all emails so I can’t get a refund

Do not buy off this firm!!!!,They are not from Britain!!, but from China!!!.They will just steal your money!!!.They will not answer your emails and you have no chance of geting your money Back.To top it all aswell if you have used PayPal you wiill have no chance of getting your money back from them either! !!,They are just as bad as the Chinese!!!!!.As soon as they have got your money they dont want to know!!!I will be letting the FRAUD department at the Government know about both companies and i am going to so to the National about the two companies! !.Stay well clear of both!!!

They appear to be based in China. I ordered goods on 14/01/20...still nothing. No answer to my emails and no phone number...I've raised this with PayPal as a dispute...seems I've been duped.

No reply. No goods arrived. Been waiting 4 weeks to get my new tank. It’s a scam. Do not buy. I will open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Avoid. Do not buy anything

Overall good, but....I originally wanted to give 3.5 stars as slightly mixed review. After ordering I saw the comments here and became worried. Very worried.

I received the standard email a few hours after I ordered that my order status had changed: awaiting shipment. So I thought I’d get another email at the end of the day stating “shipped” or “dispatched”. I received nothing, so sent a message via the website.
No response. Sent a threat of cancelling order. Still no response. So 6 days after ordering I sent another message asking for an update. On the morning of the 7th day I was given a Royal Mail tracking number and an apology for the delay.

A few hours later my order arrived via Royal Mail’s 48hrs tracking.

I am pleased I got what I ordered at a very good price. I don’t mind it being a few days over their estimated time of delivery, but they really should be more responsive to order inquiries — I’m sure they would have a much better rating on here if they do.

Customer service - 2 stars (I was at least given a tracking number at the end)

Will I use them again. Yep, I think I will.

should have read reviews first just read this is not a english based company on day 10 still waiting on my item seem like i will not be receiving going by other reviews now opened dispute with paypal absolute joke these companies are getting away with saying they are english based do not deal with lesson learned

China based company pretending to be from UK. Emails are undelivered. Found out the hard way when it came to posting back a dispute won on PayPal with Chinese address.

No sign of the product, no communication. Dispute raised with PayPal and a refund paid. Still had no feedback from the store. Do not use.

Ordered a Topside Dual at the beginning of July. Never received the order. Have emailed every day for the past 2 weeks but they have never answered. Do not order anything from them. Pay a little more for a trusted supplier.

these guys are definitely not based in the UK, once you have placed your order you get a couple of emails stating that your order has been shipped.
you get no tracking number and the worst thing is they give unrealistic timescales for delivery, my order should have been shipped in 6 - 9 days, 21 days later it showed up. To late for the birthday present it was supposed to be for.

You will never be able to contact them as all emails are sent back undelivered, just avoid at all costs because if you get the wrong items sent or receive nothing at all you will never get your money back, this was a costly mistake to make and I will never use them again really bad customer service and hope that people will read these reviews first to stopped this company in it's tracks Conmen

If only I had looked at this site before I made my purchase! My item took 4 weeks to arrive after many emails asking where it was and asking for a refund. Emails were sometimes answered by 'Linda' , just stating that 'we sorry for delay'. I get the feeling if I hadn't kept emailing I would never have received anything. Think they hope you will give up. I will never use this site again, you are dealing with a bunch of bandits. I think Google should take the site down - it appears to be breaking all of the distance-selling rules. Don't touch it!!!

4th time ordering and each different order they has been an email sent to me declaring the item I chose is out of stock. May be a coincidental or a cheeky reason for a non u.k seller. However if either of them two are correct I don’t like their service. Lame customer service.

Had no issues with this company i ordered a squid industries 28ml peacemaker came in five days

Ordered 10 days ago, after 2 days had an email saying the item wasn't in stock and would I like a different colour. I promptly replied and said that was fine. Still no goods have arrived. Communication is shocking and just tell me that it will be with me soon. Going through PayPal for a refund...hopefully I will receive one. Not a good company.

Avoid,

shipping say 3 - 7 days, 5 days went by no tracking number.
1 response saying it would be done "soon"
im now going through paypal to get a full refund.

I made and order on the 29/04 and was informed a couple of days later that the tank I wanted wasn’t available even though it was on the site and they requested I settle for a completely different tank.
I politely stated that I don’t want a different tank and to cancel the order and to process a refund.

Days went without a reply and I kept sending reminders to refund the payment. Which was only done 14 days later.

I would NOT RECOMMEND VapeLink for the following reasons:
- late responses
- inaccurate information on item availability on site
- no direct contact even though it’s supposed to be a
UK store
