Excellent service! I had some issues with my device and coils burning out. The lads in the shop asked me to drop the device off outside so they could take it in store to have a look whilst ensuring everything was COVID secure. Within 10 mins the issue was sorted and they gave me 5 new coils for FREE! Can’t recommend enough, they are always happy to help

Ordered this morning and they hand delivered it to my door this evening was not even 12 hours amazing choice of vapes and juices will never go any where but here love the products and the staff treated like a vip every time

Went in to the Broadstairs shop as a complete 'Vape beginner' and not having a clue what to buy! With such a huge range of items on offer, Jordan took me under his wing and patiently explained the products most likely to suit my needs. He was very knowledgable and gave great advice; no hard sell thank goodness. Can't recommend highly enough... well done Jordan, I'll be back!!!!

Been buying products from vape royale for the past two years and they are the only vape store I trust 100%
The staff are friendly and have great knowledge about the products they're selling. I also purchase goods online and I always get exactly what I've ordered.
I would advice anyone to use their store as other shops would sell cheap knock offs.
