Total scam company ! I sent back a broken vape & they claimed it was a vape that I had bought the previous year as it was the same colour. They said they would pay the postage but I paid it & then refused to fix it & if I wanted it back I was to pay the postage to have it sent back to me. Customer service was terrible. They have a few shops in Birmingham but all are as bad as each other
