Not a good experience
My delivery took 2 weeks to arrive and when it finally did my vape started having a horrible burned state after 2 days
I have ordered many times and it was always great experience but my last 3 or 4 orders has had a minimum of 1 faulty vape

Good until you have an issue…
Made a few orders through Vapesourcing but after I received a faulty JNR media max vape I won’t be ordering from them again.
Sent them a video clip of the unresponsive screen and asked for a replacement but they didn’t want to know. Not a good way to do business

Order never arrived!
Placed an order over a month ago. Still not received it. The company are now no longer responding to any communication. Had to get a refund from my bank! Avoid at all costs!!!

Fab site for high puff count. Really good value, flavours are good loads to choose from. Just would like a bit more variety on the type of vapes available, like the oxbar and polar beast you can no longer get in 5 for £ bundle and we love oxbar and polar beast! But overall very good site.

Spent over £50 - All out of stock!
Spent over £50, ordered all fine. Then I've been emailed to say all items I ordered are out of stock and I can either;
Wait for them to come back in stock (which they can't tell me when that will be) or order different products. (If i wanted alternative products, I would have ordered in the first place!)
No offer of a refund - so I've asked for one (but no reply).
Very sloppy - why advertise products if they're out of stock. Not just one item, but my whole bloody basket of 15 ITEMS 🤦♀️🤦♀️

No one order off this website I’ve been waiting since 22 April and they’ve keep telling me it’s been sent out can’t provide me with anything other then a Royal Mail tracking which only shows they have printed a label I’ve asked many of times for a refund and they keep saying wait a while there customer service is terrible been ignoring me the last week instead of giving me a refund they pretty much give you the same automated response on there instagram the will keep delaying you then will stop answering full stop they won’t process you a refund and will make it so hard for a dispute and they will not accept it and make you wait ages they drop ship all there products from china so they don’t have anything in hand absolute joke there customer service works in gmt8+ time and it’s a uk vape website please just go shop with anyone but these people they mess up the order and won’t refund you or respond back and I order my product on the 22 April and is now 13th may amount of times I’ve begged for a refund and they just ignore it they don’t care about you or your mental health or what they are doing to it please anyone just don’t purchase anything from them

Website easy and smooth to purchase from. Delivery takes about a week. Disappointing dealing with customer service with a standard but does not fit all questionnaire. How can I take photos of a vape that does not give the stated amounted of puffs? Also requires a photo of the postage box. Therefore, I did not bother responding to it so that is down to me. I will just not bother repurchasing. Dropping 2 stars for this. I purchased 7 30,000 puff vapes that last about a week each. My AF5000 puff vape lasts me weeks on end. These vapes seem equivalent to a 600 puff vape due to the easy smooth flow even when turned downed to low settings. Can’t fault the flavour though! Had they even had the stated 20,000 puffs when on the high setting they would have been a bargain.
