Value for money eliquids

Customer service is friendly and prompt at responding to any queries you may have. The liquids arrived as described and are genuine products, my only concern (and the reason for 3 stars) was that the liquids I received where a year past the best before date although they are still useable the nicotine and flavour has diminished significantly so I am using far more than I would usually just to get the nicotine hit. I expected to receive liquids still within their best before dates.

The items that you have purchased are in our Clearance section within our website. We have reduced the price significantly as we are aware that these items are past their best before date, but are still safe to vape and very acceptable to many vapers when considering the 80%+ discount on offer in this instance.
However, we do appreciate that although we have clearly placed a notification/disclaimer for this product within the product description (and all the discounted products throughout our website), when ordering from a mobile device, this can be overlooked. As such, to avoid any disappointment in future, no matter where anyone chooses to shop, we would always advise reading the product description thoroughly before purchase.
