10PM ON A SUNDAY!?!?!? 10/10, gold star, shut up and take my money

I have placed an order with vapourdepot.com tonight in order to get myself a new mod and all other sorts of gear following the breakage of my vape, having already used them before, I had absolutely no reservations about placing my order, but tonight was different than before.

I'm a very finicky person and have no qualms about contacting customer service for any reason, and as I placed an order for a £100 mystery box I wanted to inquire as to whether or not I would receive batteries as part of the order.

Now, this may seem small to you, but the following reason is the reason why I'll be wholeheartedly recommending vapourdepot.com to any and every vaper I meet.

I received a response, at 10:00PM on a sunday night, A SUNDAY!!! I recieved the following from Tony at vapourdepot

"Hey Connor

As its a £100 box, you'll be getting batteries in your box :) "

Need I say any more? This goes above and beyond, and to any vapourdepot staff reading this message, please make sure this and my sincere thanks get back to Tony, love you guys to bits!!

Connor

Best place to order flavours

Best place to order flavours! Great every time.
Excellent variety of flavours and options from different brands. And the only store that ships to me here in Thailand.
