Haven't received the windows yet but the sales team were really helpful and patient dealing with a complex design that had to match up with doors sizes and colours.

The product is amazing and the service is out of this world!
We ordered two rectangular windows (2.5x1m and 2x1m) for a new extension and they are amazing. Crystal clear and seamless.
The two Angelas and Craig were on hand to help guide us through selecting the right product for us and then sorting out the mess after our builders installed them wrong and also broke the upstand. I cannot thank them enough - above and beyond :-)

We've installed 4 Vario by Velux roof light over our family room, the light is so bright and two of them can be opened so on hot days the room is fresh. The Velux active integration is amazing, it does everything automatically, when the room is too hot it will open the windows and close it when the temperature is under the limits defined by you. The selling team was so helpful and friendly, same as the support and the installers. We are going to change the windows in our loft and they will me Vario by Velux.

We've installed a 2.5x1m Vario by Velux roof light over our landing/stairs and it lets in so much light to what was quite a dark space. It's incredible walking up the stairs and seeing the sky. When I first saw it I actually cried I was so happy with it, the installers didn't know what was going on! 😂I absolutely love it.

Outstanding product, outstanding customer service. We ordered 2 bespoke flat roof windows using the website. The website was very easy to use and helped us decide on the best solution for our needs. I had a couple of technical questions that were very quickly answered via the web chat service and my order was all then confirmed the next day over the phone by the customer service team to make sure everything was spot on before being placed. Everyone I dealt with was super helpful. Delivery estimate was very accurate and delivery day process very simple. The windows themselves are amazing a truly high quality product that has transformed our home. If you are buying windows for a flat roof, go for velux, you won’t regret it.

Angela & Jason were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, responding quickly to any query and continually updating us on progress and delivery. The window arrived perfectly and was quickly and easily fitted by our builders. The window itself is a very well made product, lets in a huge amount of light and in our opinion looks fantastic. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Good phone support throughout and delighted with the quality of the product. The delivery was the only failing, as the carrier cancelled an agreed date without notifying me (the custom rooflights were very large and needed a non-standard delivery lorry, I was told). I was left to push for clarity about the delivery time even on the day.
But I would use Vario again for sure.

I had a Velux window fitted in my bathroom five years ago, a couple of weeks ago the handle broke as I opened it. I took the serial number down and contacted the company to see if replacement parts were available. I received a call back telling me that spares were available and would be dispatched free of charge. Instructions were sent via email and a hard copy in the box. An exact match and easy to fit only took 10 minutes! Great service, what can you get with a ten year guarantee!

We needed to replace the Velux window in our kitchen extension, we did not know how long it had been installed. Telephoned and spoke with Scott, we identified the model we needed plus it is now double glazed, paid over the telephone and it was in our possession 48 hours later. It has been fitted and we keep checking as it is so bright at that end of the kitchen in case we have left the lights. Excellent company and service.

I ordered a 2x1 roof window this summer - delivery was as flexible as I needed it to be and the installed product is just wonderful, I love it! It is so much better quality than alternatives I've seen and it transforms the room. Vario's customer services team were responsive and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.

Very efficient and kept in touch throughout the ordering process. There was always someone there to answer any questions.
