Our angels' syndicate has just closed its first deal via VAUBAN. The overall experience is incredible! Creating an SPV has never been easier!

I stumbled across Vauban, after we'd been looking to do a pre-seed, and it became pretty evident that in the current climate, we'd have to manage this ourselves.

From the introductory calls with Sacha, to Ian answering my endless queries, and the ease of use of the system, it was seamless. I'm now a BIG advocate of Do-It-Yourself, and we'll be back!

Shockingly Badr service and would never recommend anyone to use these guys. The sales staff lied about complaince to try and move the deal down the line and then the support to identify this issue was very weak. All the team tried to brush it off after wasting our time for over a week. We have still not had a clear answer on our query.

Will be taking this further.

Superb service and really quick to respond whenever (inevitably) there are administrative issues which is far better than the incumbent offerings such as Assure or Angel List. Highly recommend

I have used Vauban a few times now for putting together SPVs for seed stage investments. Their product is easy to use and the most economical in the market. Moreover, the people I have been dealing with in the firm are just so friendly and helpful. They are always just a call away which made the entire deal-making experience much more smooth a pleasant! We have set several containers on Vauban's platform since july 2020.
The platform has improved tremendously since then and is now close to be entirely seemless on a complex service to provide.
The overall experience compared to doing it with a law firm + audit + digital record of transaction is a no brainer. We stopped considering any other alternatives.
Team has always been super helpfull and responsive (Ben, Maria, Arik, Jaime etc.)

Excellent communications with the team and best in class platform. Easy to understand user interface and solid support through the whole process. Fees were better than any alternative and experience was great, we went with Vauban again after our first experience and will be sticking to it moving forward.

Vauban made the pain of accepting investments into a German company bearable. Without their Founder SPV I cannot imagine how difficult it would have been to have all the non-German investors do power of attorney and apostille and all that nonsense. The Vauban dashboard makes it pretty easy to manage all the investors.

Only problem was that they sent their own Power of Attorney to Germany via regular post, which then got lost and kinda delayed our deal a bit. If you use them, then insist on them sending the PoA by registered post or courier.

A total no brainer for all founders and investors! Huge shout out to the fantastic team (Ash, Martijn, Gabriel et al) who go above and beyond to ensure trustworthy service for us and our clients.

Have used Vauban to set up multiple SPVs. Process is seamless and support is always at hand. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond to remedy any bumps in the road.

Process works very well, time you need is dependent on how fast your investors fill out KYC, communication with VAUBAN team always quick, fair fees -> recommended

Vauban works for German deals: Notarization and payment to German account worked flawlessly.
