We completed three syndicate SPVs, end to end, in three weeks using Vauban. Onboarding 20+ investors, some who were trusts or funds, and getting through KYC, target and syndicate docs, and funding in that short time is testament to the ease of use of the Vauban platform and the support of the Vauban team.

I understand that the version of the platform since released has more functionality to handle particularities relating to investor structures and data room management, so all the better.
