Unlike other sweeps I've used they didn't clean the glass of the stove and had to pay £10 extra for them to clean rodding hatch outside, never had this extra cost before, so won't be using vaugh again,
Just a reply to Vaughans re the trap on my twinwall,you do not need a ladder to reach the trap I can undo the trap from the ground and the sweep who did the work is taller than me,so that's a blatant lie,

Thank you for your feedback. Our ladder was needed to access the outside trap to empty the soot due to its height. At the time you booked we quoted £70 for your sweep as you indicated you had a trap. We are competitive and transparent with our pricing.

First Class Professional Service
We would highly recommend Vaughan CSS. We e-mailed them one evening and they quickly responded. The chimney was cleaned two days later. Mr Vaughan was thoroughly professional and polite, leaving the room and fireplace immaculately clean. We have been so impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
