Fantastic experience and service

Fantastic experience and service. Derek Frank’s , Kenny Jarvis and Jesse were first class in every way. Had heard nightmare stories from other hurricane victims about the treatment by their insurance co’s . Not by the vault. They were very reasonable and did the right thing by us.

Very disappointed to learn that our coverage will now be dropped as they are exiting the market we are in.

Great experience with our claim

We recently had a crack in the windshield of our car which required it to be replaced. Since newer cars now have this blackbox located on the windshield behind the rear view mirror, and knowing this would have to be removed, reinstalled and recalibrated once the new windshield was installed, we were concerned that not just any glass company could properly recalibrate the blackbox. The dealer we bought the car from recommended a particular company to do the windshield repair and blackbox recalibration. We contacted Vault, told them of our concern, and asked if we can use the dealer recommended glass company. Vault agreed. So we had the windshield replaced and submitted the bill to Vault, who quickly reimbursed us. We were extremely pleased with the entire process to get the windshield replaced - from first contacting and dealing with the friendly Vault claims people to quickly getting reimbursed.

Vault cancelled my HOI policy and…

Vault cancelled my HOI policy and didn't properly notify me even though I had made up to date payments. Shady company, this will be reported to my states insurance department regulators.

The Service Line endorsement is a joke.

The Service Line endorsement was subrogated to another firm that underperformed their responsibility under my insurance. They were not responsive, provided no verification and simply denied my claim under the presumption that since I couldn't prove otherwise, the service line was older than 50-years. They had no facts or evidence, took no initiative even though it is highly unlikely they were correct. Neither they, nor Vault responded to our request to reconsider the claim.
