Terrible price increases after securing…

Terrible price increases after securing my insurance business from Chubb two years ago. This borders on a “bait and switch” business approach.

Now, after having my business for two years with nearly 90% homeowners rate increases, I receive a non renewal notice for my Florida home.

Terrible experience.

As a high Net Worth Client that's paid…

As a high Net Worth Client that's paid over 120K in premiums in 3 years they just decided to pull out of the FL market as a "Catastrophic Risk" so they took the money & ran as far as I'm concerned. They also cancelled excess Liability citing no "underlying coverage" which they cancelled. BTW Never Had a claim. POS Scam Company.

Our insurance adjust is Derek Franks

Our insurance adjust is Derek Franks. This man is simply an amazing man. This was a horrible unfortunate water event in our home. From start to finish I can not say enough things about him. He was so kind, knowledgeable, patient (from me rambling), understanding, thorough, very very prompt on correspondence, informative, we just thank him enough for how amazing he was to us. I truly believe that ALL insurance companies should learn a lot from how great this man is and how he conducts him self. Best professional in any experience I’ve had in my life came from this great, great man. Again Derek you simply are the best. Thanks a million, gazillion times sir.

The customer service response to our situation was outstanding. Ms. Guy was very understanding, thoughtful and extremely helpful.
She kept us informed throughout the process and assisted in handling the matter in a timely fashion.
