Very poor customer service ! I would NEVER recommend anyone to use Vault for their insurance . I dealt with Theresa Guy and she was inadequate . She was extremely difficult to reach . Most of the time her voicemail was full . The CEO reached out and was very unprofessional !!!

We have paid into these policies for several years at a premium with the expectation of not paying the additional surplus contribution fee after we had been with them for 5 years. Instead of getting to this point, they dropped all of our policies without a single claim because they want less coastal exposure. The reason for dropping us on the non-coastal property as well as auto and umbrella is “not enough policies.” Really Vault? Would not recommend, especially if they front-load extra fees with the promise of the additional "surplus contribution" falling away after being loyal customers and staying with them.
