Lost earring

My wife lost one earring while at a luncheon club event. I notified Vault, got an estimate for the replacement earring from the jeweler who sold me the original pair, and we reimbursed by Vault all within about a two week period. The process was easy, pretty quick, and painless and required no "follow-up" or "prodding" calls or emails. I am very happy and completely satisfied with the results and the overall claims experience.

Hurrican Ian claim from Ft. Myers Beach, FL

The adjuster had a whole team of experts available to help us determine damage etc. Full disclosure, this was not a quick process nor a rewarding one, but I felt that the company was fair.

Our experience with Vault was of…top flight

Our experience with Vault was of excellent from beginning to end. All phases of the flood clean up experience were handled beautifully. The drying and clean up company arrived just a couple of hours after we called to place a claim. The Vault representatives were in contact with us continuously. The insurance adjuster quickly prepared his estimate, and we received our check just three weeks after reporting the claim. They were truly great.

I went with Vault years ago due to the…

I went with Vault years ago due to the reputation of great service I heard about. With our claim, I feel I was treated like a second class citizen. The adjuster that handle claims in my area should be working for one of the insurance companies that advertise during Jerry Springer (The General or the duck). He should not be working with your clients that are business owners and understand and live by good customer service! From the start, our first call to report our clam, he did not show up for our appointment, When we asked why he stood us up he told me my insurance was cancelled the prior month due to lack of payment. After a short heart attack thinking we missed a payment, we found out he was incorrect. When I told him I had proof that Vault was paid, he said "Oh, maybe I was looking at the wrong account". Other then the adjuster, I have been happy with Vault!
