I always heard the horror stories of working with adjusters and coming to terms with a damages claim. However, to my amazement, the people at Vault Insurance, particularly Rich Smacchia and Ed Fuentes, have made this post-hurricane experience relatively easy. From their communication skills, to their understanding of what I’m going through, and then educating me on this process, it’s been a pleasure. They have been more akin to a relief than an obstacle to rebuild my home and life.
Further, since the storm, I have made a point to discuss my experiences with Vault Insurance with my family, friends and neighbors. I’m proud to be a Vault client.

We moved to Vault over the past two years and this was the first claim we had. I am not sure our claim and repair could have gone better. From the first call Vault took over the claim and repair process and simply made the repair as easy as possible. Honestly could not be happier with the service.
